"Great from Start to Finish We hired Signature Tile to do the tile work for two bathrooms in our home. Chad was great to work with from start to finish. We scheduled our project more than a month out because he is busy, and he started and finished on time. Clear communication throughout the project. This included making sure that we had the right tile and quantities, and that the bathrooms were ready for the work to begin. This made the job go so smoothly. There were no surprises. Chad kept the work areas clean as he progressed through the project. We wanted a change order mid-way through the project (add a shower niche that we had forgotten to include) and Chad was easy to work with, offered suggestions, and was clear on the additional price. The project areas were cleaner after Chad finished than when he started. The tile work looks great and we are very happy. We recommend Chad and Signature Tile without hesitation and will be using him for future tile needs. Thank you Chad."

"Disappointed. Sound Tile and Grout was on the pricer side and I definitely did not feel that I received what I paid for. Part of the initial install was done poorly (more joints than necessary, see picture) and required the provider to return to reinstall portions of the tile which I was charged extra for. The provider did not clean up at the end of each day nor was the area thoroughly cleaned after the job was completed. The provider left pieces of tile on our front sidewalk and a track of dirt and debris down our stairwell. Grout haze was also not fully removed. At the end of the day the completed install did turn out well, but I would not recommend this company due to the above concerns."

"This is the second tile job I've had Adrian work for us. The first job was to redo the tile for our hallway bathroom (floor and walls). We asked him to provide an estimate a few months back and decided to move forward a few weeks back. The job was to demo the floor in our laundry room, dispose of the old materials, install new backer board and tile. This work was completed on schedule and was perfectly done.

In addition to the laundry room, Adrian is redoing the tile in our guest bathroom. This part of the job includes demo of the wood floor, shower tile and remove sink. After completing the demo, we discovered a few things that I want to change before moving forward with the new tile installation. For example, I will be doing some sub floor repair, small reconfiguration of the space (framing changes), lighting changes, etc. Adrian was very adaptable to this change and was even able to suggest contacts to check with after I asked for any referrals.

Adrian always calls or texts to keep me informed of schedule and job updates. He's very friendly and detailed.

I'm looking forward to having him do one more project later this year too."

"The work crew (3-4 guys) was rapid, multi-tasking, clean, and very efficient. Their task was to install a: (1) new kitchen (including electric, plumbing, gas, DWV, flooring), (2) add an interior walll, (3) reinforce a load-bearing wall (including concrete footings in the crawlspace), (4) replace two clothes closets with a pantry and a linen closet, and (5) refurbish an entry and hallway space. We added on some patching, texturing and painting in the living/dining room area. The crew was polite, no-nonsense and focused. Several issues arose where our input was sought but it wasn’t always clear that a cost effect would apply—and when a cost would apply, the boss (Russell) was unavailable/not responsive in a timely manner. Consequently, we had a pricing surprise at the end of the project. To Russel’s credit however, he received our criticism enough to sufficiently compromise the price increase to our satisfaction. I believe the miscommunications are correctable. We will be considering Remodeling Experts for our upcoming bathroom remodels. The work quality is that good."
