Exceptionally knowledgeable professionals with a service mindset. My office and storage building was flooded from a burst pipe last winter (2021/2022). I called up Affordable Restoration and they helped me through the whole process. They also referred me to a fantastic public adjuster who took care of the whole claim for me. I was impressed on how knowledgeable the Affordable Restoration crew was on not only the flood aspect but also on how to work best with my insurance company. They took the time to educate me throughout the whole process on water, mold, mitigation, restoration and the claim process. After my initial meeting with them, I felt like I was an expert on these topics. This gave me a lot of confidence in working with my insurance claim. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with a contractor that actually cares about you and takes the time to listen and address all of your concerns. Their crews did a great job. They always showed up on time, constantly monitored the site conditions and left the site cleaner than they found it. I'm confident that my building was restored properly and is safe for future use. I would highly recommend working with them.

As far as I can tell they did a good job of removing the mold and drying out the area, but I can only see the above floor part not the crawl space. They did not remove the damaged, moldy siding on the exterior, but I believe they wanted me & my homeowners insurance to make an overall plan to do that part of the remediation before removing part of my siding. They could have provided more information in advance on how the process would go rather than spending so much effort 'making the sale.' Better communication and punctuality would have been appreciated. I don't know that cost of the service yet; I paid them $1000, which is my insurance deductible, and they submitted the rest of the bill to my insurance. I don't know yet if all will be covered.

A pipe burst in my crawlspace, causing major water accumulation. Colby and Caleb arrived on the scene within a couple of hours and proceeded to drain the area before any damage was done to my home. Colby returned the next day and installed new insulation in the area. They provided excellent, efficient, and professional service as well as being friendly and pleasant to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend Affordable Restoration LLC and will call them again should the need arise.

Colby was great. He came right away, gave estimate and started the work. The place needed extra days of drying and Colby left dehumidifier without any extra charge. I was very pleased with his work. He was very professional. I have worked with Colby before and trust him. I would hire him again without any hesitation

Overall a wonderful experience. I got to experience the customer service portion and they were professional and friendly. They did some exterior mold/clean up work and we had an upstairs shower leak into the lower bathroom which turned into mold and ruined sheet rock. Colby was able make it look new. Would hire again. Good pricing too

Colby and his team were excellent to deal with while being in a tough situation. Always quick to respond to phone calls and texts when I had additional questions. The work and schedule was explained throughout, never did I feel I was in the dark on any part of the process.

I received very helpfull and thoughtful advice on how to deal with a flooding basement due to a high water table
