"I purchased the floor rejuvenation package, which was a great deal, and called to have them come out and look at the floor.  I had a few trouble spots and when i called David memtioned that they would want to see those and assess them.  They discussed my options as my floor was pretty bad and they called me the next day with the quote to finish the floor.  They came on the scheduled day and began their work.  My floors look so much better.  Because they were pretty bad I didn't really expect much.  They had cleaned up almost all of the spots.  There were a couple that were there before I had the house.  Now the floor looks beautiful and matches my ceiling.  I am so glad they took my floors on and I would recommend them again.  They were great and they were honest with me which goes a long way!  Also for the job they took on I feel their pricing was very fair and I would have them come out again."

He was able to get rid of light carpet stains plus nearly remove a deeper nail polish stain. Joe is a bit rugged and "rough around the edges" but once he warms up he's quite friendly. I couldn?t be happier with Sound Tile & Grout. Rarely do service companies exceed my expectations but they absolutely did! A large portion of our main floor is rough tile that I don?t think had ever been cleaned. Brock completed the job in record time. Where it fit he used a machine that resembled a small Zamboni, and then did the smaller areas by hand.

The end result was awesome. I would absolutely recommend Sound Tile & Grout?s customer service, quality of work, and reasonable prices.
