"Otto and his team (Blase, Carlos and Welman) were awesome! I met Otto randomly on my block while he was working on a neighbor’s apartment. He came up and measured and gave me a quote on the spot which was fair and reasonable compared to other bids. Otto and the team were professional, helpful, went above and beyond the call of duty (even helped me fix a problem with my oven) and overall did incredible work. They were super speedy (~500sq ft took them just 2 days to complete) including some heavy hauling away of granite tiles. They worked cleanly, masterfully, and were super communicative all day while I was at work, keeping me informed as the work progressed. Mike replied within a few hrs whereas the other two companies tooks days or never replied to my quote request. Mike was amazingly efficient, and was there from 8-5 or later working hard! He was kind and patient with our many questions as we observed his work.
