"Otto and his team (Blase, Carlos and Welman) were awesome! I met Otto randomly on my block while he was working on a neighbor’s apartment. He came up and measured and gave me a quote on the spot which was fair and reasonable compared to other bids. Otto and the team were professional, helpful, went above and beyond the call of duty (even helped me fix a problem with my oven) and overall did incredible work. They were super speedy (~500sq ft took them just 2 days to complete) including some heavy hauling away of granite tiles. They worked cleanly, masterfully, and were super communicative all day while I was at work, keeping me informed as the work progressed. He added new wood floors to existing wood floors and changed the stairs from carpet to wood. We are very happy with the end result. The floors actually came out better than we anticipated.
