"When I asked for service because of a water leak, they gave me a next-day appointment, on Friday. Next day they called and said they couldn't come, but would come between 1 and 7 PM on Tuesday. Waited all afternoon on Tuesday and nothing, not even a call. Wednesday I called to report the failure and was told management would be notified. Thursday afternoon I called and was given an appointment between 1 and 7 PM the next day, Friday. On Friday an expert plumber showed up an hour early and did a marvelous job.
