"We are so happy we had The Water Doctors install our Kinetco water softener system in our Shelton Washington home. We put off having a water treatment system when the first company wanted over $8000 for a electric system. The Kinetco system is much less expensive and uses clean water to flush. We have noticed the significant difference already. Shane and one other installer arrived on time and took just about 3 1/2 hours to install with water being secured for only a few minutes. Shane did an awesome job explaining the system and how to take care of it. When all was done there was no mess and fresh clean water in our home."

"Had a big job of 4 water heaters in four different units. Platinum Plumbing blocked off the entire day to get them all done at once. "I had a water leak underneath my house. I was desperately needed someone to fix it. Every plumber I called were not available. I keep searching for someone. "We rescheduled for April 12th. It was for whole house check up, water heater, electrical panel & furnace. My house was built in the 1920s. There were a couple of glitches, however they made good in the end. I would definitely recommend them."
