Called and came out the same day (Sunday). Found problem quickly and resolved. Tested whole system (well system) and gave a report. Very happy with his service. Would recommend again.

I could not reach the water shutoff to the washer because the W/D were on pedestals. I needed to have the pedestals removed. Hardie Plumbing (Chris & Chris) were able to remove the W/D from the pedestal drawers without uninstalling the appliances. They happened to have moving straps on the truck making this job easier. Now I can reach the water shutoff for the washing machine. Really appreciated their problem-solving and simplification of this project.

This was probably the best "service oriented" business I have ever encountered in my life. From the very first phone call with Candice, to start the process of getting a new water heater including installation, was very comfortable and on the spot with delivery and installation. Called Monday morning, and they were out that day to evaluate and troubleshoot my lack of water pressure. Returned next day with crew and parts to install new well pump. Completed the job and had water running again in the afternoon. Cannot say enough about the professional service of Hardie Plumbing. Excellent Crew and excellent service.

Jeff and his team were so kind and sympathetic during a time that was hard for my family and I as my Grandmother passed at about the same time. Then poof! My water heater was gone. They were on top of it right away; Professional, respectful, and honestly what a deal it was to get it all done. Other companies I searched for (big names like Roto Rooter and such) were 5-10 (yes 10xs) the price. I almost cried thinking there was no way in such a hard time. Hardie Plumbing then came to our rescue and Jeff took handle of the situation and his crew. They give their customers dignity, affordability, punctuality, and in the end just great work. We highly recommend them and look forward to hiring them again for my next plumbing job. Wonâ t be calling anyone else. Also, special shout out to Candace for handling the crazy while we were out of town and making it all happen so we could be with family. They do above and beyond at Hardie Plumbing ð ª

Jeff came out the same day to start on the project, gave us a time line to work from and stuck with it. Got the well pump and lines replaced as scheduled, fair price for good work, great guys. Would definitely recommend, and will be calling them for other (non-emergent!) plumbing projects as well.

I strongly recommend Hardie Plumbing and will use them for any future plumbing work! My water heater tank failed and flooded my garage and Jeff was amazingly quick and super knowledgeable. While Jeff and his assistant were replacing my water heater tank, he thoroughly explained each component of the system and how it works. Pricing was way below his competitors and no hidden fees. Thank you Jeff for making an unexpected repair/replacement as smooth and easy as possible!
