PUMPED OUT TANK BUT DIDN'T FIX THE ALARM AND HAD NO CLUE HOW TO DO IT

A-Plus Water Services Inc quickly responded to my inquiry and promptly scheduled service. The employees were knowledgeable, offered options, and answered my questions. They were efficient and did a good job for me.

It went great. It happened on a Sunday evening and they were at my house before 9 AM the next day.

This company was very professional and replaced the pump after thoroughly checking the system.

Everything was completed promptly and professionally.

Bob inspected well and water system prior to house purchase. Found everything ok except failed biol analysis (coliforms; no E coli), which he explained indicated that even though the coliforms are not harmful, they indicate that something COULD get into the supply. Provided option of "shocking" the well w chlorine and drain off (one time cleaning), or install UV purifier that will provide on-going protection. After closing the sale of the house, and drinking bottled water for a few months I scheduled w A-Plus. Matt showed up on time and installed the UV-purifier and pre filter. Smooth. No complications. He added a small amount of chlorine to the house line and we ran it through to all house faucets. Let is sit for 24 hrs, then next day I ran the faucets (hosed outside so didn't impact septic system) until no longer smelled chlorine. Since then, it's been business as usual. Water analysis came back perfect! The UV-purifier has a screen that shows it's working. Water tastes great. FYI, if you do this, don't forget to run your fridge's ice maker for a few cycles to get rid of the chlorine in that line too. Matt was prompt, courteous, answered all my questions, provided advice, efficient, accepted credit card payment, and is available for additional questions or concerns. Would definitely use again!

We’ve used them three times.  They are professional, are very knowledgeable, and they are very good at explaining and showing things in terms that the average person can understand.

The installer Matt took the time to make sure the sleeve that houses the bulb was spotless before installing the new bulb. He also answered questions we had regarding our well. We would use them in the future for any more work involving our well and associated equipment.

This change made all the difference in the world.  We have dealt with A Plus Services in the past and they are fantastic.  We still need to think out replacing our well pump and they offered some helpful options and advice.  We definitely will be doing business again with them.

Overall no complaints, called and let us know they were delayed and set another time that afternoon. Quality of wok was good, The owner addressed a billing question quickly and was forthright.. We will continue to work with them in the future.

It's Friday. My wife is halfway thru a load of wash in prep for surgery on Monday. The pump shuts down and we have no water. I call a couple of friends and get referrals for two different companies who "are the guys to go to when you're in a bind." I call and have to leave messages. There is no response so I do a web search and get a contractor referral to A Plus Water. I call and the phone is answered by the owner, Bob Fletcher. He diagnoses the problem over the phone and begins having me push buttons and turn levered....all while patiently explaining how the well system I have works. In the process he tells me he was on a job doing the same thing for a homeowner! Within a few minutes my pump is running, I've got water flowing, my wife is elated and Bob is thanking me for calling. His only request was for me to tell others about A Plus. I'm starting with this review and will be telling this story to others for a long time. A Plus is simply AWESOME in our book!

Bob came out and repaired our leaking pipe the same day I called him!  I called other other companies and either got no reply or was told they wouldn't be able to come for a week.  We would have been without water the entire week if it wasn't for Bob.  He was on time, quick, efficient and did excellent quality work.  I highly recommend A-Plus Water Services.

It was great. I called A-Plus Water Services, Inc. first thing in the morning because we didn't have water. We ran out of water. They were very cordial. They were out here right away. They explained the situation once they figured it out. The guy was "Nope, this isn't good." He pulls it up and said "This is the problem ..." Once you show me, I don't mind spending the money. He was visual with everything with me. I appreciated that. Everything went well. The clean-up was good. I would definitely recommend them again. Their punctuality was great. They had to bring in a second truck. He made arrangements. He was right upfront. He says that he is out and staying with the truck by 12:30, and it might be done at 2. Everything was really smooth. It was a good learning experience. I've never seen that stuff done before. It's interesting to be able to watch. He didn't mind me hanging out and seeing the process.

Bob and his employee Matt came out and replaced my well pump, line, control box, and pressure tank. Professional doesn't even begin to describe how good this company is. Bob was very knowledgeable as was Matt. They were exactly on time per our scheduled meeting time, and full replacement took less than 3 hours.
They knew exactly what they were doing, and did so with out any damage to my property, garage, home, or anything else. Matt took time to describe all the pros and cons of different types of pumps as well as pressure tanks, and ultimately I decided to use a higher HP pump. I felt no pressure from them at any time to use lower quality or more expensive parts. Bob explained the differences in pump volume and pressures. I know a little about this stuff, so I knew he was being honest and straightforward with me. Any question I had, no matter how small or insignificant, they answered without hesitation.
When my well needs servicing in 15-20 years, they will be getting the call!
