TPO installed on flat portion too. A barn/shop combo building (old) so some funky things to make work and they did great.

I would so, so recommend TJ Roofing. I have learned to get three estimates, especially for house repairs. TJs was the first company to look at the issues with my garage. My next door neighbor was the person who told me and showed me the problems and told me I needed repairs. I was very pleased with TJ...friendly manner. He gave me an estimate but I looked around for more estimates, since I have learned to get three estimates. The second roofing company to come was Christian's roofing. He insisted my garage needed a new roof. I sent him an email which he never responded to. The third company said they don't do repairs. So I hired TJ Roofing and am so glad I did! The office manager drove down from Olympia (to Centralia) for signing the contract. We had a nice conversation. She said it might be a while before the repairs would be done. So I waited and when I didn't hear anything, I contacted TJ. That Saturday a crew came down and did exactly what was in the estimate, which was thousands of dollars less than a new roof. I appreciate the difference in price especially right now. I have had to spend quite a bit of money on other changes for my house and inflation is hitting hard. The neighbor who uses the garage and told me about the needed repairs said they did just what was needed. Thank you again Temo and crew!

Did great, worked with me on price. The only thing I didn’t like is that they left my gate open a few times and I have a dog but other than that I’m very happy.

Very responsive, went beyond and above what was expected

They do not require a deposit, you pay when the work is done. I appreciate they showing me all the plywood that needed to be replaced. They completed the work in two days as planned.

After I purchased my little â Fixer-Upperâ , everyone that came to the house to fix things always made a comment about our roof. When we purchased this house we were told it was a â New Roofâ that has just been put on in March of 2020. When different workmen kept mentioning it, I finally listened and got qualified roofers over to get their opinionâ ¦..and when they agreed, I got bids on a new roof. I got four bids and one was from Temo with TJ Roofing LLC. He went up on the roof and when he came down he sat down with me and told me that I really had a major problem going on with my roof. His honest and caring discussion with pictures and a video of him lifting a corner of a shingle and pulling out a nail with his fingers lead me to choose his family-owned company to take care of my roof. His bid was very competitive to the other bids and very fair. It did not take long after they began to remove the shingles to see what was really wrong with the roof. Whomever had put on the new roof â just put on new shingles over really rotted wood and broken joists. The roof did not have enough vents and the two that were there were blocked and not installed correctly. Temoâ s team worked diligently and quickly and had the roof of the house and garage replaced correctly within 3 days. Their concern for doing a great job and respect for my property showed each and every very long day that they were here. They worked very late one day to be sure that the roof was sealed as we had heavy rain and winds in the middle of the job. I stopped counting on how many times these athletic men went up and down the ladder, lifting and carrying tools and equipment and throwing rotted plywood into their dumpster truck. The cleanup was as meticulous as the job that they did and they even matched the roof of the dog house to the house and garage. Fast and Cost effective

I had initially called 4 other roof contractors and then I contacted a general contractor friend for advice on which contractor to choose. My friend said these companies were charging too much and he referred me to TJ Roofing LLC. My friend said he knew TJâ s owner, Temo Rodriguez, had used his company on multiple roofing jobs and found them a reliable, dependable and trustworthy company. My friend said I would not be disappointed with TJ Roofing. I called TJ Roofing and was pleased Temo came out personally. He listened to my expectations and my specific requirements. TJâ s estimate was the lowest roofing estimate by several thousand dollars. I decided to go with TJ Roofing and I am glad I did. TJ Roofingâ s crew was extremely professional and hardworking. The team supervisor kept me informed of the daily work progression and addressed my specific additional needs. TJâ s crew replaced 3 rotten trim boards, allowed me to paint them prior to installation and then helped me by spot painting the finished product. I was impressed that their roofing crew was very skilled at carpentry as well as roofing. I changed my roofing ventilation from can vents to a ridgeline ventilation system. TJ roofing did an excellent job with this conversion. They did not stop until they met all of my expectations (to include the site clean-up). Temo also helped me with some needed gutter installation and repairs. I would highly recommend TJ Roofing to any of my neighbors. My new roof looks amazing!

Never got a bid from. He came over and just verbalized a patch job and caulking which doesn?t get to the problem. Didn?t feel confident with his visit.

TJ Roofing tore off our old 40 year old tile roof and replaced with IKO Cambridge Shingles. Best quote and crew was professional, hardworking, great teamwork and adhered to COVID 19 regulations whenever possible. Temo, the owner inspected everything and consulted with us before the final invoice was submitted. This family run business takes pride in the work they do. I will recommend this company to anyone who asks me.

Communication dysfunctional. Carpentry marginal. Disregarded covid19 regulations. Clean up methods and practices poor. Blowing the garbage around the yard, landscaping, alley and neighbors property is their idea of clean up. Excellent workmanship from the roofing crew. The lead man ignored my comments and for some unknown reason, did work that was not requested or required to do and without my prior knowledge. I was of the impression that he made the decision.

They did what they said they would do; they were on time...⠦⠦.worked steadily...⠦⠦⠦..cleaned up every trace of old roofing, and were through in a day...⠦..no muss, no fuss...⠦⠦⠦.very pleasant and professional.

What can I say. Very fair bid. Well organized, great product and done in two days leaving only the new roof as evidence they had been here. Awesome clean up!

I had spotted a water spot on my bedroom ceiling so I called TJ Roofing for an estimate. Temo climbed on my roof and immediately informed me I needed to call my insurance company as they would likely cover the extensive wind damage. I did call my insurance and they covered $10,000, my roof cost a total of $11,600. I was so pleased with their workmanship and professionalism. When they removed my old shingles they took pictures and encouraged me to forward them to my insurance company as the damage appeared worst than previously thought. I highly recommend TJ Roofing for your needs.
