I recently had the pleasure of having RossCo Plumbing upgrade my water heater set up in my home and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Richieâ s team arrived on time and were professional and efficient throughout the entire job. They were respectful of my home, ensuring everything was clean and tidy before they left. My situation was a little complicated because we also needed to have my furnace replaced by another company, which required my water heater to be removed and then put back after. Richie was kind enough to help me out by coming out and taking care of all of that for me, including coordinating with the furnace company so that everything was seamless. Richieâ s hands-on approach and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident in every interaction. He personally followed up after the job to ensure everything was working perfectly and that I was completely satisfied.
