Did it all right without any problem

Plumber did not diagnose the leak properly, ended up charging us $469 for work that did not address the original problem. To make up for it, he went ariund trying to break things to find something to fix. First he pulled out a perfectly working toilet flat mechanism without asking or showing me what was wrong. Just pulled it out and said it was broken ( it was not. We were using the toilet fine before he came aling)... But now we had no choice but to have him fix it., right? Chaching! Then on his way out, proceeded to attempt to take out more of our wall even though it obviously would not show the leak. He saw a pipe connection and proceeded to try to dismantle it even if that had nothing to do with the leak..just because he did not like it, .just to make it look like he was doing me a favor. He even called a friend to show it and ridicule it...again, nothing to do with the leak. But he was willing to break it so he could replace it. I suspect he may have actually caused more damage as he violently shook the pipe (which may have actually detached it from where it was originally)... I had to literally raise my voice and tell him we are done here. Get out of the house now. The task he did, though, reseating the toilet, needed to be done anyway, even though that had nothing to do with the leak, so I will give him credit for that.

Nightmare and $$$$$$$.

Replaced front and back hose bibs. the workers were professional, friendly, communication was easy and the owner was quick to respond. My recommendation is to review with the customer options even if the cost is higher. I would have possibly paid more to ensure the front bib had a cleaner, smoother finished look, if I was given the choice before the work began. The back bib had a cover that could be taken off which was different from the front bib.

I was in an emergency. I had to turn the water off and companies were quoting me over a week out just for inspection. Colton and Joseph came to my house in an hour and had the problem fixed in under an hour. They were great. They have my business for life.

Not only were they the lowest bid when compared to other top rated plumbers, they gave a lot of good information on options and got the job scheduled and completed ahead of schedule.

Family owned local business - great customer service, quality work and honest. Will use them for any further plumbing needs.

We really appreciated that Colton and his assistant (Joe?) worked us into their schedule so that we would have hot water before the weekend. They did an efficient job replacing our water heater for a reasonable price. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

Colton and Joe were great to work with and gave me several possible solutions to my plumbing issue. They were knowledgeable and I appreciated that they took the time to answer all of my questions. They were up front with their costs, did the work quickly and I will hire them again if/when I need a plumber.

Can’t be happier! Joseph came out early Saturday morning, very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We had a super old water heater that started leaking, the company came out super fast, and it took Joseph less than 2 hours to put in a 50gal heater up to code, all by himself and haul away the old one. Also great value for money! Can’t thank them enough.

Very knowledgeable, friendly and fast. Our project was a complete renovations of the water, waste and installing a new gas tankless water heater.

Great customer service. Shared knowledge of what was being done and why. They even alerted me to a serious incorrect installation mistake that could have been a serious problem and costly repair very soon down the road and I had them fix it right away. I would hire Platinum plumbing in a flash should I need any other services or repairs.

Colton replaced an old galvanized service pipe at my stepmother's house . He performed the work without me ever actually meeting him. He seemed very pleasant and professional on the phone. The work was expensive, but I think that was just the nature of the job. It's an underground pipe, so I guess time will tell whether he did a good job. It was a good experience overall--I would hire him again.

The online booking service is cumbersome for my Galaxy 4. The program would not let me enter my address. I had to try several times and finally gave up to find a computer. This is probably why I received multiple contacts to bid even though I had booked already. The plumber Alex was fantastic, courteous, friendly, patient. I'm trying to get all the air out of my lines now. And it no longer leaks! I would hire him again.
