Billy and his assistant arrived promptly as scheduled. They were polite and professional. It took a couple of tries before they were successful. All in all, BP was outstanding to work with.

BP Plumbing is honest, reliable and reasonably priced.  They are the best and I wouldn't trust anyone else to do my work.  Billy also performed a large commercial job at my office a couple of years ago.  They worked at night around our day schedule and everything finished on time and still works perfectly today.  This time I called Monday on a home remodel problem, they came out Tuesday and made all the repairs Wednesday morning.  So, large commercial or small home repair....call them first.

Two days before Christmas Mr Paulk came and cleared some 60 year old piping in my rental property. The tenant even related how efficient and couteous he is. I have contacted Mr Paulk for plumbing services on numerous occasions and he's always prompt, courteous and extremely professional. He's the only reason I joined Angie's.

Called at 0800, he arrived by 0900 and promptly diagnosed and started resolving the issues. He also offered several ideas for fixing other concerns we had in the house.

Billy was available on the day of my request. He offered an appointment time range and up on time. He was patient and not alarmed when my big friendly dog jumped on him. He diagnosed the problem and let me know what repairs where needed. He completed the job in 20 minutes. The toilet is working better than ever with a new filing mechanism, double gaskets and a new seal all around the bottom edge. Thanks Billy!

Unfortunately I had to cancel our first appointment at the last minute because I got an urgent call from my son's school and had to take my son to a doctor. However the company remained very courteous with me and two days later Billy was here. He did a great job, very fast and efficient. I will definitely call on him again.

Found on Angie's List and called for service. We replaced a sink and countertop unit in a bathroom with a one-piece unit. I planned on using the previous valve assembly (with an old style permanently attached supply line) and attaching it to the faucet. Of course it leaked and having done these valve replacements in the past I knew what a pain it was and I just didn't want to go thru the frustration again. I called BP and made an appointment. Billy showed up right on time, introduced himself, did the work; no muss no fuss. I had a new drain assembly so he used that but used his own valves and new supply lines. The price I show reflects a coupon discount, otherwise it would have been $156. Definitely recommend and use again!

The workers arrived promptly and did the job quickly and efficiently. Workers were very professional. One very minor comment; they left some repair debris but cleaned up most of it. I would use these guys again, they did a great job.

They came out right away and gave me an estimate. They got all the required city permits and completed the job on time and for what they estimated. The workmanship was first class and the workers were helpful and neat. They cleaned up all the mess after they finished. I would give BP Plumbing the highest rating.

Talked to Bill at 9am; he was at my house at 11:30am same day. I had a clogged bathroom sink and a slow-draining tub. He cleared both within a half hour, and even gave me suggestions to avoid a repeat of the problem!!

Owner responded after my second call and came out to give me an estimate within a couple of days. The 2 guys were prompt, courteous and professional. They did good work. Best of all, this is an Olympia company.

After contacting Billy at BP, and setting up a timely appointment, he came out and was able to get our drain unclogged in less than 45 minutes. He quickly determined that the cleanout access outside of the house needed to be flushed. He used an 80 foot snake to flush it. He also said that I would have a 60 day warranty on this job.

He was very professional and honest. The price he charged was very reasonable and I received a $20 disccount as a first time Angie's List customer.
I would definately call BP Plumbing again for future plumbing needs.

When I called first Bill was on the road, but sad he'll call back when he'll be off the road soon. He called back in 10 min. Scheduled an appointment for next day. Came on time, fixed what needed to be fixed in less then an hour, left me a voice mail with the details of the job. He also e-mailed me an invoice with Angie's coupon $20 off applied toward the labor! Overall - he does what he says. Reliable and affordable, just how I liked it.

He got here a little early and was waiting for me. Worked quickly, was very friendly, and only took about an hour for everything. Used the Angie's list $20 off labor coupon, so it was $80 instead of $100.

The hot water heater was difficult to access and he did a fine job in a reasonable time. I feel his charges were very fair and his labor rate actually seemed a bit low, I expected to pay a higher rate. I've got no problems or complaints with his plumbing.

He was very punctual and didn't waste any time at all.

My only complaint is the lack of clean up. He left a mess around the hot water heater access panel and around each drain that he snaked. The worst was the bathroom faucet, there were metal bits left around and this was annoying because I'm mostly barefoot when I use it.

Overall I was very happy with Bill's service. There was 1 item Bill forgot to perform during his first visit (installing the supply line for a pot filler) and he came the next day after being notified to complete the work. I plan on having BP come back when I am ready for finish work on my bath and kitchen fixtures.
