We discussed several options for adding A/C, and Matt who helped me with the estimate and on-site worked with me to discuss options for aesthetics, performance, and efficiency. His attention to my concerns about how the install would look in the interior and exterior is one of the reasons I chose Green City. The install went well, and since I own an older home, we couldn't run the refrigerant lines through the attic as we expected. The team came up with good alternative options, and in the end there was minimal impact to the exterior of the home. That, and running the conduit around the exterior looks way better than I had imagined. They professionally completed the job with courtesy and attention to detail, and now I'm happy to enjoy my home even more with the comfort of air conditioning. There was a problem with the electronics in the thermostat from the factory, they worked late and had to bring a new thermostat the next day, but the new one works perfectly.
