"We were very pleased with the quick response, detailed information, professional and courteous staff at all levels. Our old furnace died in November on a Friday. Other businesses couldn't get anyone out to repair and replace it for 2-3 weeks. Ranger had it replaced on Monday for us. This week our electronic air filter quit working. Again we had a quick response with a simple fix at no charge. All of our questions were answered fully and information given about the latest models but with no pressure to buy. We will absolutely use Ranger again and refer our friends and family to them."

Took a very long time to get someone out to install the new filter set up at the air intake, with poor communication on their part. That part of the job was done poorly and had to be redone at my insistence. Also had the red warning light come on. Called about that and no follow through. Again. Really wanted to like these guys, but unimpressed with the experience."
