"Pinpoint re-graded and re-graveled my driveway, using a laser to accurately slope the drive, so water would drain away from the house. Re-grading involved excavation of the old gravel (to lower the drive), removal of some large rocks which were encountered, and hauling away of all the excavated material. New gravel was then spread and compacted. I am completely happy with the work and Pinpoint. "My mom purchased a new condo and needed to have some help with some minor odd jobs. I was concerned that the jobs might be deemed too simple and insignificant for a professional contractor to bother with. But when I spoke with Christopher, he wasn't the least bit phased or bothered by my list when I called to inquire. In fact, he assured me that they pretty much do any and everything not just major construction-type projects.
 I told him about my mom's list - installing new toilet seats, changing smoke detector batteries, assembling a chrome wire rack for the laundry-room and two larger commercial racks for the garage, removing large fabric valances from the living room, dining room and bedrooms, unplugged the dishwasher valve so that it drained properly, and templated and drilled holes into the kitchen and bathroom cabinets so that new handles could be installed. That was the most the most time-consuming job but they were done perfectly and look flawless.
Patrick was our handyman for the day and not only did her arrive early but he worked efficiently and tirelessly the whole day. He moved through each job without wasting time and was able to do most of the things on our list within the eight-hour timeframe, including hanging a picture and wire rack in the kitchen. Would have liked to have kept him another hour to hang some remaining items but he had started very early at an prior job that same morning and was wiped out so I didn't plead too hard. He had done so well with all the other jobs which left my mom very pleased so I was thankful for that!
