Re-grading involved excavation of the old gravel (to lower the drive), removal of some large rocks which were encountered, and hauling away of all the excavated material. The only negative was that the financial office was unprepared with the necessary paperwork at the time of the work, causing some slight confusion. This process took a couple of weeks, but after an inspector came to the house to verify what needed to be done, Christopher was ready to take care of our project.
