"I hired Jon initially to repair some water damage in the crawl space which affected a couple of the support beams. As he started working on the project he noticed some constraints that required a few adjustments to the original plan. Throughout the process he constantly explained the several available options and what the implications would be of choosing between them. To prevent future damage he also installed a French drain system to prevent water entering in the crawl space. As he was already working in the crawl space, we decided to also reinsulate the crawl space as the existing insulation was fairly old and not up to code. He was very flexibly in terms of timeline and did a great job in installing the insulation. This was a particularly challenging project due to the area size (over 4000sqf) and crawl space geometry.
