FANTASTIC !!!! Pinpoint was an absolute pleasure - I hope I have future projects that I can call Alex for. He was very precise and careful in his work and ALWAYS implemented the way I wanted even as I made changes on the fly necessitating modifications and more materials. He also understands building codes and explained clearly so that we would not run into city permit problems. He was energetic and worked quickly - achieving a tremendous amount in a short time. Alex demonstrating that he knew how to bid the project properly, was diligent, and always communicated clearly. I have had a lot of experience with contractors in the past and there is no doubt that Alex is head above shoulders better, more honest, and very importantly - RELIABLE.
