Could not ask for a better service. Extremely fast, very professional, very knowledgeable, very reasonable. Showed me ways to prevent my problem from happening again.

Great! Plumber discovered the main water line had been turned off, then back on which resulted in quite a bit of debris blocking the faucet. He cleaned and corrected that. Also diagnosed a bad pump on a jetted bathtub and will now be replacing that part.

Did a great, professional job, unfortunately the new tank that I bought from a big box store came with a bad top element.
They have been so responsive and quick, spent a lot of time on the phone talking to folks to figure out why this unit was blowing the breaker in our electric panel, and found the problem.  The plumber, Josh, was kind and respectful, and explained what he was doing and how he was going to fix it.  Great company and great people.

They did absolutely nothing. I had a problem with the boiler and I called them up. My boiler was a German make sophisticated piece of equipment and they claimed to know what was going on. I called them up for some help and they came and this guy knew absolutely nothing about the boiler. He did absolutely nothing in respect with the repair, but sent me a bill for about $130 or $140.

When we called there because we saw them on Angie's List. We kept on asking the lady how much is their charge and she said that the plumber is going to tell us when he gets here. She was really impolite and I just said that I need a plumber. I would never use them again. My husband and I wasn't here but my son is and he called us that the plumber is here. My husband siad that we are right down the street and let the plumber hang on a minute because we will be right there. Before we could get up the street he was already done and passing us down the street.

When he came out look at the situation, he informed me that I needed to find out what brand everything was before he would do any work. He charged me for the service call, and told me to call him when I figured everything out. He did do some work, but we are still dealing with the issue.

I don't normally write reviews, but I am so impressed (and thankful) for the integrity of SIlverdale Plumbing, I just had to write a review. We have a rental house in Silverdale, and our tenants informed us that the water heater was leaking... Even the tenants thought it was the water heater (and not just the supply lines), so when Silverdale Plumbing told us how expensive our and quot;power ventand quot; water was, I was stunned. If the water heater was indeed leaking, it would have to be replaced. The cost of a new water heater plus labor was estimated at $2800. OUCH! Well, when the appt finally rolled around and the technician went to the house, he confirmed the supply lines were leaking, so he replaced them. We had to wait a couple of days to make sure the leak was gone, but replacing the lines did indeed fix the leak.
I am just so thankful the technician was honest! He could have tried to claim the water heater was the problem, but he didn't. KUDOS to Silverdale Plumbing for having integrity!

Approximately 25 feet was snaked out. It appeared that the drain is going to a leach field. Some dirt and roots were pulled back up through the drain when the snake was retracted. After the service rep left a wash cycle was started. Snaking the drain did not help with the back up. The leach field is probably over 50 years old. Due to age it was felt that sufficient clearing of the drain could not be obtained.

Everything was great. We were unable to turn water off due to the plumbing under the sink. Came out and installed all three faucets quickly. Faucets work great.

He arrived on time, assessed the problem and got right to work. He was neat and tidy and the bathromm where the work was done was clean when he finished. He was in and out in about 1/2 hour.

Plumber arrived on time, spent about 1/2 hour diagnosing the problem, completely cleaned up after himself and said he would be back when we purchased the new faucet.

Silverdale Plumbing and Heating's price was reasonable. He was nice, very professional, and did what I asked him to do. I was impressed that they had been busy that day and didn't think they would make it, but they did. It was a fair price.

They did fine. I have a very sophisticated heating system that is very rare around here. They came and looked at my problem. He said finally that there is nothing wrong with it and it just got a hiccup and it will come back. After being there for an hour and a half, I was expecting a serious bill and I got no bill. This guy figured that he didn't do anything and he shouldn't charge me. I think that is rather admirable. They were right on time and did a good job.

Adam arrived on time and ready to go. He did all the work in a very professional manner - even wore booties to protect our new floors. All the work was completed in about 5 1/2 hours and our house was back up and running.

I found them through a contractor. The experience was excellent. Their pricing is fair. They are honest. They are excellent. There were some problems but they made the corrections without any grudges. That's when you get good contractors; they take care of their problems. They were responsive. I would absolutely use their services again in the future.
