Great; competitive price, installation went great, friendly and responsive staff in person and office

We've had a handful of unsatisfying contractor experiences, so we tend to be a bit skeptical but our experience with Terra Firma set a new bar for us. Highly professional from start to finish. Initial consult was thorough, and didn't add on anything we didn't ask for or need. When they were working at the house the crew was prompt, professional, left the jobsite clean each day. Final result was exactly what we were expecting. Worth the investment, don't go with the lowest bidder on your foundation, it's not worth it. Thank you Terra Firma crew!

Because of settling, the concrete porch was pulling away from my house. The TerraFirma sales rep who came out did a great job of explaining the Polyfil procedure. The crew was extremely polite and respectful, did a great job and the area was completely clean when they left. I would have no hesitation using TerraFirma again.

While such work is not cheap, Terra Firma stayed with us throughout, including during some delays based on obtaining permits here in Oregon, so that wasn't their fault. The work was outstanding, with a three-person crew putting in three very busy days in cold and wet weather to drive 17 reinforcing titanium piers around roughly half the perimeter of the foundation, with most of them extending clear down to bedrock. They also managed to raise both sliding corners of the house, from slopes of about 1.5" (4 cm) on either corner, back to their original level, which amazed us (we were hoping to have just stabilization, with the possibility of raising the foundation just partway). The house sits on a very steep slope leading down to a creek, and years of slow but noticeable "sliding down the hill" are now not only corrected, but the whole foundation is now as level as when it was constructed 25 years ago. Perhaps needless to say, we're thrilled with the results. The staff also does NOT engage in high-pressure sales tactics, so rest easy if you have him or someone else come over for an evaluation.

So far so good. Rained hard last night and no evidence of flooding. We now have wall-to-wall carpeting so it better work!!

Once the crew started, the job went smooth and efficiently. The foreman gave me an update on the progress every afternoon of each day. They kept the work areas clean throughout the project. I could tell that the crew had been well trained to do their job.

The folks out of Roseburg did an outstanding job of communicating options to meet my need, answering my numerous questions, responding timely and sent a professional team to perform the work in a very timely manner. I felt I was treated with respect which is important as many companies want to deal with my husband instead of me...the whole what could a little lady know issue...but these guys treated me as an equal. Highly recommend.
