Once the part arrived, Day & Nite called right away and I was able to schedule Todd to come out the next morning. It took him about a little over an hour to replace our valve, and when I was paying he answered a number of questions I had about the heating system's overall setup and general maintenance that should be performed. We inherited this system from the previous home owners -- and I have zero previous experience with a hydronic system -- so I really appreciated the extra time Todd gave to explain more about it."
