Russ has kept our Trane heat pump in tip top shape for the past five years. His annual service checkup is very thorough and reasonably priced. When our 10 year old heat pump suddenly stopped working a couple weeks ago, he came out and diagnosed the problem within a day. He also installed a software upgrade on the thermostat and performed an annual service checkup while he was here, saving us the cost of scheduling one separately. City Energy Systems has never pushed an expensive annual “premium service” contract like all the major heating companies seem to do these days. They provide straightforward, honest, knowledgeable service.

They are supposed to be here on October 5th to do the job that I wanted them to do. I was real happy with them. There was 2 guys and they got it done in an expedient amount of time. Their responsiveness is pretty much why I’m using them again.

This company installed a new furnace, ducting, tankless water heater and the gas lines in a new construction home.  They did a great job and the price was very reasonable for what I needed to have done. They are a small company so they don't always get back to you right away, it may take till the next day but I think they are worth the wait.   All our work is permitted and inspections have always passed the first time around.   I have used them several times now and will continue to do so.

I  called several HVAC places once I discovered my furnace wouldn't turn on. City Energy Systems could come out within a few days, other places, it was weeks. Late Sep and early Oct are busy times for these services, so it was understandable that they were booked.
Russ called early in the morning of the appointed date to see if he could come earlier then agreed! That was a nice surprise. He was quite  pleasant, worked on the furnace and had the burners cleaned and working in less than a half hour.

Russ was courteous and very helpful throughout the entire process.  He endured my usual "want to know" questions with patience and grace and was totally dependable and forthright.  He left no mess and even washed the housing filter around the outside unit.  Due to financial considerations (we thought we were looking at $1k to 2k to fix) my wife and I had decided to drag out the fans and endure the days as best we could and had been doing so for about 3 weeks. (Having grown up in the Midwest I really dislike being hot!) 
I am very happy with City Energy Systems and would use them again in a heartbeat. After all my furnace is now 16 years old.

They did a good job, they've had to do warrantied repairs. They come when we need them.

Using a list of local HVAC dealers from Angies List, I contacted City Energy Systems for a bid.  From the first phone call, everyone was professional and pleasant.  The sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful but definitely low pressure.  The estimate was reasonable and in line with others, so I accepted their bid.  The installers were punctual, professional and very polite.  They were also efficient and done sooner than I expected.  The sales rep contacted me several days later to see if I was satisfied or had any questions.  I could not have asked for a better overall experience and would recommend this company to anyone.

He did a good job with the inspection, but the cost to put a new furnace in was a little too high so I decided not to do that at the time.

Estimator came and was very  helpful. Crew showed up and removed old oil furnace and installed heat pump,new furnace and ran all piping for propane. Installed additional ducts and vents.Total job took about 3 days.

Returned original phone call in under an hour. Gave advice and testing procedures with inviation to call back if additonal service was needed. Call next day and testing failed and made an appointment. Serviceman showed up exactly as scheduled, was polite, professional, troubleshot  the problem while interacting with me. He put a meter on the where he thought the problem was with the sequencer, confirming the diagnosis. Went to the try to make sure he had the spare part. He returned with a new one, installed it, cleaned the furnace, settled with me, and was out in just under an hour.

Very well. The saleman provided all the information we needed. He set up the appointment and even came out the day of the installation. The installers arrived when they said they would and worked very efficiently while here. We had a small noise after installation and a person from the company came out promptly and corrected the problem. We were very pleased and have recommended them to other.

Price 3 different companies, this was the most comprehensive, gave me options, explained, did not try to sell me what was not needed. We love the heat pump and are very comfortable. no cost overun, Clean job, great service.

They came out and did an estimate first. The price was good based on my comparisons. It was clean, good work and was done in less than one day.

They did the job fine and well, once it started. They also did our neighbors.

I COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW PROMPT THEY WERE. THEY QUICKLY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND ORDERED THE PART. WHEN THEY HAD A PROBLEM GETTING THE PART THEY KEPT AT IT. THERE WAS ALSO NO ISSUE WITH THIS WORK BEING UNDER WARRANTY.
