He gave me a bid on the spot which seemed very reasonable. He clearly trusted his team to work with me, and was he ever right! They were great! Four people who knew what they were doing and worked together like clockwork. They were pleasant, good communicators, knowledgable, and really good at what they did. I'm so happy with the work which exceeded my expectations. They were flexible and thorough. They cleaned up so it looked better than when they came. However, I really wanted an experienced arborist to let me know why parts of my tree appear to be dying. Dan checked our tree out thoroughly and gave us his opinion that the tree is stressed but will most likely bounce back over the next several months.
