Steve is a Board-Certified Master Arborist and he knew the names of all 10 trees and made recommendations regarding the right amount of pruning and shaping that would work best for me as well as for the trees. He arrived promptly, I am very happy with his work, and the clean-up afterwards was so thorough I wouldn't have known he had come by except I immediately saw that I had my view back! His pricing was very fair for the amount of work. I will certainly hire Steve again."

One tree was a problematic situation because it was our neighbor's tree that we needed to have the branches removed from our property, and our neighbor was not cooperating. Originally we planned to have the tree cut with a hedge trimer right up the property line. Jose cared enough and hand-cut each branch individually. This tree is at least 75' tall. "4th time hiring American Tree Care and once again they showed up on-time, did all of the promised work - plus some - matched the estimate and was polite, courteous and very efficient. Removed a died-all-of-a-sudden tree plus another heavy-leaning tree near the telephone and power lines and then trimmed huge cedar limbs that were rubbing on the roof. In the end, there is a nice pile of shavings for the walkway, a neat stack of logs for my neighbor to have - and that's it... nothing more to clean up, nothing damaged and no surprises. Don't hire another tree service without talking to American Tree Care first - it's not too good to be true."
