One tree was a problematic situation because it was our neighbor's tree that we needed to have the branches removed from our property, and our neighbor was not cooperating. Originally we planned to have the tree cut with a hedge trimer right up the property line. Jose cared enough and hand-cut each branch individually. This tree is at least 75' tall. "4th time hiring American Tree Care and once again they showed up on-time, did all of the promised work - plus some - matched the estimate and was polite, courteous and very efficient. Removed a died-all-of-a-sudden tree plus another heavy-leaning tree near the telephone and power lines and then trimmed huge cedar limbs that were rubbing on the roof. In the end, there is a nice pile of shavings for the walkway, a neat stack of logs for my neighbor to have - and that's it... nothing more to clean up, nothing damaged and no surprises.
