He gave me a bid on the spot which seemed very reasonable. He clearly trusted his team to work with me, and was he ever right! They were great! Four people who knew what they were doing and worked together like clockwork. They were pleasant, good communicators, knowledgable, and really good at what they did. I'm so happy with the work which exceeded my expectations. They were flexible and thorough. They cleaned up so it looked better than when they came. "Dan came out to give us an assessment about the health of an old cedar we have next to our home. I was concerned that he wouldn't be "straight" and would try to upsell services. However, I really wanted an experienced arborist to let me know why parts of my tree appear to be dying. Dan checked our tree out thoroughly and gave us his opinion that the tree is stressed but will most likely bounce back over the next several months. He then went on to look at a number of other trees on our property -- ALL AT NO CHARGE TO US -- and without trying to sell us any services. I have complete confidence in Dan and Eastside Tree Works. "A neighbors tree took out our fence. We called Jalen and his crew and they came out gave us an estimate and we hired them after looking in to others who had also given us estimates. His crew was here that weekend. They are fast and did great work. We also had two trees out front trimmed. They also repaired our fence and included helping out our neighbor also. This went far and above anything I have ever seen another company do. We are planning on having some more work done soon and hope have him back.
