"Bonnie, we obviously understand you were not happy with your overall experience and it is always our goal to do our best to make every customer a happy customer. Although your perspective is welcome, we know that the value and service we provide to our customers matters regardless of who the customer is, as we have done for over two decades. We are a senior citizen friendly, veteran owned, family business that treats every customer with respect and our pricing, service, and value are the same for everyone. We present all estimates and job costs upfront and explain the scope of work before we do any work. There are no surprises or upsells, just fair pricing for the work we are hired for every time. We try to bend over backwards to meet our customer's expectations, as we did with you, and although we aren't always successful we will learn from every opportunity to improve. You're welcome to reach out to our General manager who has been trying to reach you at (425) 338-5449 anytime of day."
