"It went very well. Our salesperson, Zakary, helped us pick the colors, (at our request) which we are very happy with (gray with white trim and Cayenne red door). Our painting crew was Sophia and Raul, who we really liked. They did great work, cleaned up after themselves and arrived when they said they would arrive. They were also very friendly and pleasant to talk with. We had a couple of rotted window frames and Hedlund provided a carpenter who replaced them with new, cedar frames and they look great. He also fixed a couple of previously damaged siding boards, and you cannot tell which ones are new. It was easy communicating with Hedlund via either phone or email. Our house is in Kenmore, but this form won't let me just write that, for the location. Our cost was about $11,000 but this form wouldn't let me write that, either. Kept saying $11,000 was "invalid.""

"RFI built a second story deck for us. From tear down of the old structure to clean up of the site at end of the project, they were 1st class. The old deck was a true hazard and they were able to repair water damaged areas adjacent to the deck structure as well. Fred was great at offering various design options and happily answered all our questions. Without being prompted, he sent lots of pictures from start to finish, which really kept us informed since we were not on site. The deck and railing turned out beautiful. Would hire RFI again for future projects without hesitation."

"We built a new deck on our 1970 house in Shoreline. Cameron and his crew (Dale and Ryan in particular) are awesome to work with. Top notch quality work and we love the finished product that will last for many years to come. The team built the deck in record time - minus the railing which was contracted to another company. My frustration was with the railing company (apparently had not worked with them before). The glass railing took 3.5 months to deliver when they had quoted 3-4 weeks… and the communication on the shifting dates was spotty. This was also around the time of the massive heat wave this summer so some of the boards understandably started bowing and expanding - Dale came by each time and made sure to fix any issues. Really appreciated it."

"This was one of the best "for hire" experiences I've had. A few weeks before the job was done I reached out to Daniel and he was incredibly responsive and flexible with scheduling a time to review the deck. He didn't want to give an inaccurate quote before reviewing the deck which I appreciated, as I had a few quotes that were way over his and a few that were under. That said, Daniel was so responsive and honest that I decided to go through him. My roof was ~350 sq. ft. or so and it took him 2 different days to complete. One day to power wash (a few hours) and a few days after he (and another NW Paint Guy employee) came to sand/stain. He also showed up at my house at 9am sharp both days (also exactly what he told me). The overall experience was top notch and would definitely hire Daniel and his team again. In fact, I referred him to a few of our close neighbors who have decks as they commented on the quality."

"Krutin LLC has done two projects for me, one last year and one in June of this year. The first project was to rebuild the rotted steps and substructure on our 25 year old deck The second, to remove years of stain and refinish the deck. Both times we were delighted with the work. Roman and his parter are fast, professional, reasonable in cost, and gave us good advice on how to move forward to restore the deck on the front of our house. Not an easy task. My wife and I were pleased with the work and the result was, in our opinion, outstanding. We were so pleased to see that, after the old stain was removed painstakingly, most of the wood still looked great. Roman replaced the rotted parts before refinishing. Our 25 year old deck now looks almost as good as new! I would recommend Krutin LLC to anyone wanting first class deck work as a reasonable price."
