Not only did she and her team help me with painting, power washing and other small jobs that I needed done for the sale of my home, but also helped me with things like hanging large mirrors, electric fireplace's, pictures and other things that my husband would have normally done for us in my new home. She assured me that no job was too small. And she was right! Patrick is a delight to work with. Very pleasant and a hard worker. FYI if you put on some classic rock he might even sing a tune for you! "We built a new deck on our 1970 house in Shoreline. Cameron and his crew (Dale and Ryan in particular) are awesome to work with. Top notch quality work and we love the finished product that will last for many years to come. The team built the deck in record time - minus the railing which was contracted to another company. My frustration was with the railing company (apparently had not worked with them before). The glass railing took 3.5 months to deliver when they had quoted 3-4 weeks… and the communication on the shifting dates was spotty. This was also around the time of the massive heat wave this summer so some of the boards understandably started bowing and expanding - Dale came by each time and made sure to fix any issues. Really appreciated it."

"Patrick, Manuel, and their whole team were fantastic to work. My house is 100 years old, two stories of cedar shakes, and hadn’t been painted in 15+ years. Needless to say, this was not an easy project and required lots of expertise and hand scraping, sanding and priming to even get paint to stick on the old wood. Patrick was so knowledgeable and created a great project plan and Manuel and the team worked diligently over several days of very hot weather to get everything done. The thing that impressed me the most was their communication skills, which were the best I’ve ever experienced on a house project—Patrick provided a proposal in only 2 days (amazing!), answered emails and texts within 30 minutes of receiving them, and the team provided updates everyday. Everyone on-site was so nice and helpful too! And, most importantly, they made my old house look GREAT!"

"I am so impressed with Kyle and team and would hire Timberland Builders over and over (in fact, I am)! Kyle and Jessie completed the flooring in my log cabin in record-timing. They were flexible with start dates and began the project on the date I asked, and sent me progress pictures along the way. In addition, the flooring in my cabin is NOT easy -- as the shape of the cabin has various angles and other odd nuances. Kyle and Jessie handled it masterfully. Finally, my cabin is in a fairly remote location, and I am so grateful they drove the distance to help me with the remodel.
