The roof should have been replaced some 10 years ago and so the crews had to go the extra mile to give me another 30 years with this brand new roof. Jack did the quote, walked us through it and was responsive getting the work scheduled. There were a few minor tweaks to the work order (additions), but nothing that required additional payment.
