Now that has been fixed I needed someone to install drywall and paint to match the color of the basement ceiling. Ron was quick to come over to do an estimate and he was able to accommodate my schedule, get an excellent paint match, and it was installed and painted the next day. Insurance refused to cut more of the drywall because "it was dry" Luis came over, looked and rightfully suggested no patching, but removal and installation of new dry wall.
