Customers say: True professional

"Timmerman's has been providing gardening services for me for over ten years. They arrive like clockwork every Thursday...quickly, and professionally, get the job done.  As I am often out of the country, or traveling....it is a blessing to know Josh will always be there to maintain the property for me.  When I return home the grounds are always tip top.
In addition to  the basic garden lawn maintenance, Timmerman's has also provided other work on my rental property grounds, or taken care of extra projects at the residence.
I pay a monthly fee for garden maintenance, and pay extra for the extra work...always fairly priced.
You cannot go wrong booking Timmerman's.

"I found Ruff junk removal on Angie’s list . I input my information and …. Bamm!! Brent the owner calls me like within 1 minute! Anyways long story short he was professional on first phone call . Was exacting in the quote. Next thing you know I scheduled an appointment for junk removal . I had a queen size mattress with memory foam , box spring and frame for him to get rid of for me . Upon arrival he was professional and extremely A VERY STRONG YOUNG MAN , I turned my head for just a second and he already lifted the giant heavy mattress ALL BYHIMSELF!! Took it down a couple flights of stairs , ALL BYHIMSELF. I couldn’t believe the strength of Hercules ! I’ve always had a 2 man crew for moving this bed. And this guy did it by himself ! Unbelievable. If you need junk removal fast , contact Ruff junk removal. I will contact him again when I need junk removal. And on top of that he even helped with some other miscellaneous stuff I needed help with !"

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

Unfortunately, lead dust does not look different from any other type of dust. You cannot detect it with the naked eye. To determine if you have lead dust in your home, you will need to hire a local company to take a sample from the paint and test it for you in a lab.

According to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), hazardous waste is generally classified into four main categories:

1. Characteristic Wastes: These exhibit at least one of four hazardous traits: ignitability (flammable, like gasoline), corrosivity (can rust or decompose materials, like car batteries), reactivity (unstable and can explode, like aerosol cans), or toxicity (harmful when ingested, like lead-based paint).

2. Listed Wastes: These are specific wastes from manufacturing and industrial processes that the EPA has officially designated as hazardous. They include byproducts from processes that use solvents, pesticides, and other chemicals.

3. Universal Wastes: These are commonly generated hazardous items that are subject to streamlined regulations. Examples include batteries, pesticides, mercury-containing equipment (e.g., bulbs), and some lamps.

4. Mixed Wastes: This category includes waste that contains both hazardous and radioactive components, making it subject to regulation by both the EPA and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

Embarking on a kitchen demolition comes with its share of risks to keep in mind. Think of potential encounters with asbestos, sharp objects, and power tools—not to mention the peril of structures wobbling or unexpected plumbing surprises. And, of course, you will be surrounded by dust and debris throughout the process. All of the above makes safety gear necessary, or you can consider hiring a qualified professional.

You can paint over lead paint, or “encapsulate” it with a special paint that includes an ingredient called an encapsulant. The EPA approves encapsulation as a lead paint removal method as long as the paint remains undisturbed. Standard types of paint without an “encapsulant” from the big box stores or hardware stores do not meet EPA standards for remediation of lead-based paint.

Professional lead removal involves identifying and safely removing or encapsulating lead-based paints and materials, using specialized equipment, and following strict safety procedures to minimize exposure and contamination.
