"I called Modernized Exteriors, for a build bid on my new deck project, and they answered right away. Cameron came over with good ideas and pictures of decks that they already built. I told him I was considering Trex composite decking, because I wanted really low maintenance. He recommended Trex Transcend and I went with the Tiki Torch color. I accepted his bid on the spot. It took a while to get scheduled since it was the end of July. But when they were ready, it only took four and a half days to build my 12' by 20' deck. His crew is excellent and the finish project blew me away. It was so nice to have a project that came together so well in the end. Cameron and Nick came by the next day to make sure I was satisfied and to make sure the crew had cleaned up the work site. A job well done."

The old deck was a true hazard and they were able to repair water damaged areas adjacent to the deck structure as well. Fred was great at offering various design options and happily answered all our questions. Without being prompted, he sent lots of pictures from start to finish, which really kept us informed since we were not on site. The deck and railing turned out beautiful. Front Door Re-stained, outside beams re-stained, railings re-stained and deck rails painted. All projects look fabulous after completion. "After meeting with Dennis, one of the owners, I hired Legacy to repaint the exterior of my home in Lynnwood. He and Mark, the other owner, were great to work with and did a great job of communicating throughout the process which included a slight delay due to paint shortages because of the pandemic which is understandable. Mark even gave me recommendations on color and paint type to ensure I was getting the proper finish and color that I was looking for. For the actual project, Henry was the lead and power washed the house about a week prior to starting on the painting. Henry was great... punctual, efficient and did quality work. All told, it took about 2 full days for a crew of 2 to prep and paint our house and we're thrilled with the results. Henry was also a very good sport about my OCD in finding spots that needed to be touched up and did it all with a great attitude and smile on his face. I couldn't be more pleased with our experience with Legacy and highly recommend their services!"

"Dave was amazing! It was our first experience hiring a handy man and I would 100% recommend. He came in and fixed a hand rail that had been ripped from the wall, noticed that the other hand rail was also not attached to studs so he fixed that, and noticed that one of our doors was coming loose at the hinges and fixed it was well! He was obviously very experienced and knew was he was doing. We would happily have him come back and help with other projects in the future!"
