After a portion of wall had to be removed due to mild, he replaced the Sheetrock perfectly and there is no sign that it had ever been removed. He also repaired and painted walls in a laundry closet, hung shelves, and finished the floor that flooring guys just replaced around the washer and dryer rather than under too. Also, he put in plank flooring in a finished basement.
