"Initially all was well. They showed up on time. The installers did not read the directions nor test the tub before they installed it. I had ordered a special drain kit that the manufacturer suggested for this tub but they didn't use it. When I came home and saw the drain kit I ordered sitting there and the tub installed I didn't know what to think. They were not responsive about why it wasn't used, I had to call several times. Also, the tub was NOT working after they left. I was told it was plugged in and working but it wasn't. Fortunately a neighbor came over and after some investigation we discovered the outlet for the whirlpool tub plugs was not "hot" nor was the tub plugged in. They had said it was working when clearly it was not. The communication was very poor. I also asked for an estimate to fix an outdoor faucet and never received it."

"Jack and his crew are incredibly nice, knowledgeable, skilled, and easy to work with. They did a fantastic job, and were so respectful of our home! I hardly knew they were here half the time, they were so low-key. We had them do the baseboards and outer door frames on our living, dining, and hallway areas.
