"Initially all was well. They showed up on time. The installers did not read the directions nor test the tub before they installed it. I had ordered a special drain kit that the manufacturer suggested for this tub but they didn't use it. When I came home and saw the drain kit I ordered sitting there and the tub installed I didn't know what to think. They were not responsive about why it wasn't used, I had to call several times. Also, the tub was NOT working after they left. I was told it was plugged in and working but it wasn't. Fortunately a neighbor came over and after some investigation we discovered the outlet for the whirlpool tub plugs was not "hot" nor was the tub plugged in. They had said it was working when clearly it was not. The communication was very poor. I also asked for an estimate to fix an outdoor faucet and never received it."

Customers say: Super punctual

"He is excellent. He was very flexible with me as far as scheduling it around the granite installation. They did have a special. It was a certain rate for four hours of handyman work. It was probably $270."

"His crew was all very friendly and polite and professional. They were careful and thoughtful around my son with their chemicals and equipment. Kevin was the project manager for my job and I had him order oak air vents and cold air returns which had to be customized. He gave me a quote on how how much they would be and I was shocked by the sticker price; however, after researching, his price actually ended up being cheaper than others I had found. We understood each other very well and he kept his word. He answered all of my questions and was always available on his cell phone. The end result was absolutely beautiful."

"Had a 10 ft x 10 ft deck with a rotted ledger board (no flashing between the house and the ledger).  Previous owner must have installed it themselves.  Wasn't allot of room on the deck for entertaining.
Found Scott on Angie's List.
He's a busy guy so I had to wait for the installation.  But it was well worth it!  Some things shouldn't be hurried.
Completely removed the old deck and stairs.
Replaced it with a 10 ft x 24 ft deck

"Shay did a fantastic job installing our new retractable awning. It looks great and he is a pleasure to work with. He’s reliable, prompt and reasonably priced. We had previously hired him to repair some stuck windows and we definitely recommend him."

Tv Mount Install questions, answered by experts

If you don’t have studs in the area where you want to install your TV mount, you may still be able to install a TV mount on drywall. The easiest way to install a mount on drywall is by using drywall anchors—but not just any plastic anchors. Choose molly bolts or toggle anchors, which have a weight capacity of around 50 pounds. For added support, consider pairing drywall anchors with a wall mounting plate. Extra heavy TVs may need to be mounted via the ceiling joists or beams.

Yes, you can mount a TV on plaster walls—as long as you attach it to the studs. Alternatively, you can use toggle bolts, molly bolts, or another type of hardware that’s strong enough to support a TV.

If you aren’t comfortable with this type of project, you can hire a pro. The cost of mounting a TV to a plaster wall ranges from $25 to $600 (or more), depending on the TV’s weight, size, and other factors.

It’s worth hiring a TV-mounting professional to hang your TV to ensure the safety of your device and long-lasting results. If you’re investing in a large or smart TV, it’s worth preserving your investment to guarantee that it’s hung safely and correctly. Plus, a TV mounting professional can recommend the right wall mount based on the wall type and TV size and weight.

Determining if mounting a TV on the wall or mounting it on a stand is better boils down to personal preference. TV mounts are an excellent choice for homes that have limited space, unruly dogs, or young children. They also allow you to customize the height and viewing angle more easily. At the same time, mounting a TV on an entertainment center stand offers additional storage space, a place to hide the wires, and fewer holes in the wall. Renters may also have limitations on drilling holes into the wall above certain diameters.

The VESA mounting standard refers to the layout of the mounting holes on the back of all televisions that follow the standard. These holes appear in the same place on all TVs of a certain size. This allows the mounting bracket and hardware manufacturers to build the brackets to fit the VESA standard. Ideally, if everyone follows the VESA standard, any brand of TV should fit any brand of mounting bracket, as long as the sizes match up correctly.
