We promptly called the company who sent an employee out the next day and fixed it. We all make mistakes. So nice to work with a company that simply owned up to it, corrected it, and did not push back on us. Despite the mistake, we will choose them again for our plumbing needs."

"The individual who visited and prepared the proposal, as well as the installation team, arrived on time, provided helpful and accurate detail on what work would be performed, how, and when, and executed their work in an organized fashion. The installation crew did a thorough cleanup and completed their work on time. Although the bid was competitive compared to others, the work was still more expensive than I felt it should be considering that work took less than a day and used few materials (aside from a sump pump which accounted for 1/3 of the cost). The only negative was that the financial office was unprepared with the necessary paperwork at the time of the work, causing some slight confusion. However, they did get this sorted out quickly and the minor issue did not at all delay or interrupt the work."

That gave me enough time to lock up the cats. He arrived and put on booties which was very nice, and got straight to work removing the old faucet and then installing the new one. First appointment no show service man got into a job that occupied his whole day. Second appointment missed because service man sick. Finally showed up for third appointment. Congenial and wore mask when he arrived. Said it would be $550 for the inspection. It took fifteen minutes. No parts or anything. Just labor. Easy access. The service person came back upstairs wearing the mask to only cover his mouth, not his nose."
