All Harts team members were fully vaccinated, wore masks, and were great to work with. Harts completed work within 1 day within quoted costs. New sewer pump alarm system system malfunctioned right after the install was finished - Harts sent a repair tech out to fix it on next day - excellent service - fixed the twisted tank float problem - no charge. Building inspector noticed new sump pump was tilted and alarm wiring was not properly affixed to the house - minor issues, I would hire Harts again but negotiate hours and pricing ."

There was a report filed with the city stating that a couple of years ago there was some kind of sewer back up. This house is old, so I wanted to make sure we weren't signing up for any potential problems. I called around to local plumbers in the area. He also took the time to explain and answer questions about potential upgrades as my partner wants to upgrade the hot water tank. He outlined different product options and explained with great knowledge and detail the differences between the products. I would highly recommend this company. If we get the home we will definitely be having this company come back and preform the necessary work that is needed for our new home."
