There was a report filed with the city stating that a couple of years ago there was some kind of sewer back up. He explained the reasoning behind his recommendations and took time to insure that we understood why he was recommending these services. He also took the time to explain and answer questions about potential upgrades as my partner wants to upgrade the hot water tank. He outlined different product options and explained with great knowledge and detail the differences between the products. I would highly recommend this company. If we get the home we will definitely be having this company come back and preform the necessary work that is needed for our new home."
