"We were in a jam. We are attempting to buy our first home. We had our inspection scheduled and on the morning of, we learned of a potential plumbing issue. There was a report filed with the city stating that a couple of years ago there was some kind of sewer back up. This house is old, so I wanted to make sure we weren't signing up for any potential problems. I called around to local plumbers in the area.
