Lake Washington Windows & Doors

My experience with Lake Washington Windows and Doors was fantastic. From my initial consult with Jon through installation with Andy, Josue and Erik I could not be more pleased. The communication was fantastic regarding quotes, arrival times and what to expect as well as follow up after each stage to assure I didn't have any questions. The team was very professional, respectful and did an great job not only installing but cleaning up after the install. I would highly recommend the team at Lake Washington Windows and Doors and plan to use them again in the future to replace more of our windows!

Chris, Crisanto, and David did an incredible job. They showed up on time, kept the house clean, double checked all the seals, finished the job early and walked us through the new features our windows offered. Outstanding work.

Everything from end-to-end was professional, patient and detailed. We had lots of time with sales and design to see our options. They guided us through decisions we didn’t even know we’d have to make. The whole house was immediately warmer and the installation was so smooth. (At least from our side. I hope the installers felt the same.) The installation team told us each day what they would be working on tomorrow and worked around a couple of tight and high areas with no issues. They took extra steps to protect the surrounding areas and provided great information about how it was going. They took time to save some special millwork around the front door on the inside that we weren’t sure could be saved. It looks great. Finally, the Milgard windows we chose are so crystal clear, it feels like I’ve moved to a different yard. So grateful for everything Lake Washington Windows and Doors provided for us. Thanks to John, Mike, Chris, Josh, Joel, (and that other guy that showed up.

Great service and installation and high quality products

I canâ t say enough about Lake Washington and their stellar commitment to customer satisfaction. Iâ ve been dealing with a lot of questionable contractors lately due to all of the work Iâ ve done on my house this year. Lake Washington was by far the best experience. Spencer was my first contact. He was on time, friendly and did not try to pressure, oversell or overcharge me. The quote he provided me was on par price wise and was very detailed. He was also very knowledgeable about payment options and timelines. The admin staff, Ireland, Candice, McKenzie were all awesome at their jobs. They kept me updated on all of the logistics of the project, and promptly and professionally solved any issues that came up which were very few. The installers were the stars of the whole operation. Christopher and his partner (I wish I could remember his name) were on time, very professional and took great care of my home. They made sure my space was protected from the elements and left the site clean and tidy afterward. I had a last minute request regarding the trim, Chris listened and did his best to accommodate the request. His â we will do everything we can to make sure youâ re happy with the resultsâ attitude was the icing on the cake for me. Overall, I rate the entire experience, 5 out of 5.

Ricky, Joe and the crew did a great job with the install. Jon and Ireland managed the estimate and communication with ease.

Pricing was very reasonable. Customer service was great, including handling a small manufacturing issue. Windows are great and installation was done well.

Aerian was very helpful in our window selection,and clear on how they do the installation. And they were prompt and finished in a timely matter.

Lake Washington Windows and Doors did a splended job installing our interior doors.The work was not rushed and they were very concerned with every detail with the best results. I would highly reccommend this contractor for anyone looking for an honest and detail oriented company.Also there was no add- ons to the quoted estimate.

The new door is great. Took care of some dry rot and explained probable cause. Initially told storm/screen door could be reinstalled, but door opening was too big.

LWW&D was very responsive, and very professional. Their quote was in line with everyone else, and they offered a higher quality product. They were not pushy, but they were very responsive. Update: They left a voicemail Monday for the install date, stating "Wednesday, between 10-10:30." When they did not arrive I called and they said "next Wednesday, not this Wednesday." The woman in the office insisted she spoke to me and gave the right date, and would not have left a voicemail. But, I still have the voicemail in my email box. The owner was again responsive, and offered a discount for the trouble.
