"Paul, the owner, was terrific. I needed to replace a rotting wooden rear entry door with a new ThermaTru fiberglass door. I also wanted to add a storm door to the same entry. Paul came over and inspected the site and we ordered both doors in late December of 2021. The doors arrived several months later and Paul came out for the installation. He was great. He was clearly a meticulous and experienced professional who knew his stuff perfectly. After several hours he had completed the installation of both doors. They look and work great. Lake Washington Winows & Doors did an in-person estimate, sent a second person to take measurements, and sent an install crew. The install crew (Crisanto, Johan, and Moises) were magicians with how the cut out the old window, framed the door, and installed the new custom door. They finished quicker than estimated and clean up before they left. They spent extra time detailing the outside framing and weather proofing of the install. "The installers showed up on time to install 5 windows and a front door. The windows were installed quickly with no problems. However, this house was built in the 40's so it wasn't a normal job to install the front door. The technicians had to rebuild the door framing in order to install the door. They accomplished this all on the same day and it looks and works perfectly! All technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, and hard working. I'm very happy with what they accomplished!"
