"Paul, the owner, was terrific. I needed to replace a rotting wooden rear entry door with a new ThermaTru fiberglass door. I also wanted to add a storm door to the same entry. Paul came over and inspected the site and we ordered both doors in late December of 2021. The doors arrived several months later and Paul came out for the installation. He was great. He was clearly a meticulous and experienced professional who knew his stuff perfectly. After several hours he had completed the installation of both doors. They look and work great. "Eric Moss (Owner) and Wendy (Runs the Office) with moss door company are the best solution for installs, repairs, and new doors in the Puget Sound Area. I was referred to Eric and Moss Door from a friend that had a new door install and was thrilled with the craftsmanship. Moss Doors is not cheap, yet I believe you get what you pay for. We had 2 doors repaired, weather proofed, and new hardware installed. We also purchased a new custom wood door with double pane glass and new hardware. So far we're happy with the service, doors, and work that was done by Moss Door. I believe one of the most significant aspects of this company is that Wendy does answer the phone. Moss Door is reliable with regards to scheduling, showing up, and doing quality work. This is a nice component of any home repair and dealing with contractors.
