When the tech came to install on Oct. 9, it turned out that the wrong size door had been ordered. So he left and our installation date moved to Nov. 18. Vasiliy came and did a good job installing the new garage door. The only beef I have is that the sales rep, Mike, did the math wrong on our sales contract. He missed adding the door opener so the overall quote was $400 less than it should have been. Learning experience for me: check the math! Argh!

All systems are go! I drive in my drive way, hit command, drive in the garage and close the door behind me. The system works well and I am secure entering and exiting my home.

They responded to. My after hours email and called me first thing in the morning and had a technician to my house 2 hours later after he called to let me know when he would arrive. Overall a great experience.

Yesterday, my garage door crapped out on me. Dave from Anderson's was able to come today on short notice and fixed it right up! He was really friendly and took the time to make sure I knew everything was done right. I would highly recommend Anderson's!

Yesterday evening my garage door spring broke. This morning I called Anderson's Door Company right after they opened at 8am. They answered promptly and because my house is very close to their shop he offered to schedule me as the first appointment of the day. It's 10am and my garage door is all fixed! Scott showed up promptly. He suggested that I replace both springs even though only one had broken. I agreed and he was able to do the job entirely with parts on hand. After the replacement I asked him to walk me through what work he did and explain how to maintain the door in the future. He was really friendly and professional.

My garage door was acting up (sometimes worked, sometimes didn't, moving slower than before) so I called on the Saturday before MLK day, not expecting to hear back until Tuesday. To my surprise, I got a call back on the morning of MLK day & got a put onto their schedule for later that morning (a very respectable 1 hour window). Their guy, Scott, showed up at the beginning of that window, listened attentively to me, gave me options, then did some work on the problem, all in record time. He really was a pleasure to deal with.

The installation went very well. I needed to install a few pieces of 2x4 after the installer arrived in order to attach some bracketry. Other than that the install went smoothly and quickly. The installer was finished in two hours.

They installed the original doors 30 years ago. I had a door opener I took in there from my second house and they were able to replace that earlier this year. They also replaced the battery in the other door. They are very reliable.

Anderson's Door Company did a great job in the initial coordination, measuring, and installation of new garage doors. They look and work perfect.

Mike worked with me on the low clearance issues (in the end I did raise the plumbing) more than any other estimator. Randy did a great job with an attention to detail, and very fast - everything done by 2pm after arriving promptly at 8:30. He saw that I was still working on the garage and ran wire giving me enough room to put in sheetrock later. The Northwest Doors look great. One minus is communication - whenever I'd email, I'd get a phone call back. I want email because I want things in writing - I hope Mike changes his ways, as they have nothing to hide.

He quickly replaced the spring bracket with a like kind part and then lubed the moving parts.  I had sent Anderson a picture of the broken part so they knew what part was needed.

Great! He told me about attaching a secure door opener to the doornframe instead of a portable remote opener.

there sales person came and gave me an estimate for the door replacement and we proceeded to order the door and wait for it to come from the manufacturer
when it had arrived they came out and removed the old door and put in the new one 
they also changed the plastic windows in the second door to glass to match the new door
the installation took a couple of hours and it went very smoothly and efficiently
they did a great job

Their workmanship was very good. The guy that put it in was phenomenal. I think they were certainly reliable. They did a good job. They were certainly worthy of being recognized. Their price was very comparable with a lot of them. They came out right away. They were on time. They always call fifteen minutes before they get there. The guy was professional. He was from Ukraine or something like that. He was good. I would probably use them in the future.

Worked with Anderson Door to remove the original  garage door of our 1940's house. They came to the house, measured, and explained their services. They were a few particulars for both the removal and the new one because of the age and size of our set up. They were great throughout. The salesperson and the installer were both professional and knew what they were doing. They are not inexpensive, but I feel assured that if there are any issues I know who to call. I was contemplating using the Costco Services but felt like I would have no recourse if anything went awry. I feel confident that Anderson did a good job to start and will be helpful in the case that I have trouble down the road.
