"Just bought a house that is about 5 years old. The carpets never looked like they where cleaned, had mild spot's/stains in it. I called Rob on Monday and he quoted me the price of the special that was running through the coupon that came in the mail. He was able to come out the next day, was on-time and actually called and showed up early! Big plus for me! Quality work was done in a timely fashion. Did not try to sell me anything I didn't want, just came in and did what was asked. Also the carpet came out real nice! Was able to remove 99% of everything! I will defiantly use there services again!"

"Petru is communicative, helpful, and always does an amazing job at our schools. Our schools are cleaned each night and deep cleaned twice a week, but the floor waxing and carpet cleanings make a huge difference still!"

"Work was done more quickly than I expected, about three hours as I recall.  It takes me at least 2 hours to vacuum the entire house.  Carpets looked a bit better, and in their defense the carpets are eight years old, but I expected a bit more.  Now a few weeks after, they look as they did before. They forgot the Scotchguard so we had to reschedule that, but they were very apologetic.  The two young men who did the shampooing were very professional and polite, and I had no qualms about leaving them in the house when we left.  I called them last week to let them know my concerns. They sent a gentleman out, who also was very professional, and he redid the areas of concern and they do look quite a bit better.  Overall I would give them a B+.

"Eco clean did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. They showed up on time and got right to work. They were very polite."

"I had used DJ four or five years ago and was pleased with the result, so I invited him to bid on this small job. He came shortly after I contacted him, gave me a reasonable estimate. About a week after the flooring I bought had been delivered, he came to install it. He still does a clean and professional job, and I am happy to recommend him to others looking for an installer for a hardwood floor.

"Before cleaning, David and Susan did a walk-through through the house and pointed out things which needed special attention. This way we knew what exactly would be cleaned and how much it would cost us. They delievered as promised. They also called to follow up and make sure that everything was fine. We were happy with the service."

"C & R called minutes after my SM request. After a quick explanation of the situation (3 yr. old w/1st stomach flu), I was assured that it would be cleaned/deodorized completely, satisfaction guaranteed. The 'spot', along w/rest of carpet, + a strwy & area rug were cleaned quickly & thoroughly. It's been a while now, and I can't believe how good the carpets still look. What seemed too good to be true was just another job for C & R. _The actual cost ended up over $20 LESS than the phone estimate(which was already much cheaper than the other 2 co's); _There was no weekend surcharge (unlike the other 2). I made sure he left me some of his cards!"

"Service guy was prompt, neat, and professional. My carpets look great, and there seems to be less dust coming from my heating system.

"Joe arrived on time with an assistant.  They were pretty quick and professional.  My complaint is that they evidently couldn't remove a large spot, and instead of telling me, they covered it with a chair.  The carpet needed a good cleaning and Joe did a great job with the rest of the room."
