They are very good and friendly. They do what they say they are going to do and they have a good price. They are nice and they do a good job. The carpet is very clean. They are right on the same price as other companies, if not a little better.

• Two gentlemen arrived on time and were very polite and professional.  Some of the rooms were cleaned better than others.  They did an excellent job on the stairs.  The downside was that it took 3 days for my carpet to dry.  We had to get numerous fans to achieve the job.

We were referred to this company by another professional.  We had water in the family room, master bedroom and visitor's room all from a damaged pipe. As you would expect, we were worried and anxious to restore the rooms to a dry condition. The company (technicians with their drying equipment) cam on time. We signed  work order contract with $500.00 deposit down.  They told us they work with insurance and promised to do the work within insurance specification.
Issues:
1.  The restoration crew did a very good job with a little time lag here and there. The guys were great and pleasant.  Well, the house was in a mess for about a week, with temperature rising to about 140 degrees F.  Most of our prescription medications were damaged as the crew did not warn us of the effect of heat on our belonging.  If anything, when challenged on potential damage to our stuff (electronics etc), they  declared that it is just like living in Nevada!
2.  I had the opportunity to discuss with the owner of the company on my concerns for them claiming to be  'experts" in everything and giving medical and environmental recommendations to the insurance adjuster.  He was arrogant, unprofessional and demonstrated "I don't care attitude"
3. Then came the bill and two surprise items showed up :
 1. overhead charge $664.00
  2. profit         $664.00
Both of the items were denied by the insurance company as "bogus charges" that was not authorized and the adjuster told us that he had told them that such charges would not be covered.
Then, the office manager (a lady)  sent this nasty email to us, threatening to put a lien on our house unless we pay the total bill.  The adjuster promised to work with her, but that did not stop her from sending certified mails to us.
Generally, the management of this company seems to lack good and smooth interpersonal communication skills.  They behave as if their business is a monopoly and there is no other company out there doing similar work.
This company could  be fine if and only if they polish their communication skills and stop using threats.
Advice:   If you want to use this company at your own risk, demand a work order with statement of charges upfront. Specify in the contract that you will only pay whatsoever insurance company approves.   Watch out for hidden charges.
Best if you can find another company that fits your comfort level.

We hired Clean Green to clean the carpet in our walk out basement.  In cleaning our carpet, they saturated the floors so greatly that the floorboards bulged out and warped.  We took pictures of the damage and sent them to Clean Green per their request.  In response, they told us that because we couldn't prove that they caused the damage (i.e., because we didn't have before and after photos of the baseboard that was damaged), they wouldn't do anything about it.  They refused to discuss this or respond to any emails on the subject.
We contacted Groupon (they always have deals on Groupon) and were able to get our money back from them, but the damage is done.  We also filed a better business bureau complaint that Clean Green didn't respond to.  At this point, there's nothing else I can do but warn you.
I'd also note that their "technician" dumped a bunch of the cleaning solution in our parkway, which ultimately killed the ground cover in front of our neighbor's house.

The owner, Stephen, could not have been more professional.  A couple areas needed to be done twice.  He performed the services with utmost professionalism.  The service was outstanding in all areas.  I would highly recommend his company.  I will be using them in the future for any cleaning service I may need.

Service guy was prompt, neat, and professional.My carpets look great, and there seems to be less dust coming from my heating system.

Most of the carpets looked clean initially although some high traffic areas remained really gray.  I was told it was because the carpet is old and worn.  I was happy that they were able to remove a  vaseline/greasy area that I wasn't able to remove myself.  One problem I had is that they didn't move any furniture.  I had moved some but I am accustomed to previous carpet cleaners moving big pieces of furniture like a  couch and cleaning underneath but that did not happen.  The main problem was that the carpets remained wet for over 72 hours even though I was told they would be dry in less than 24 hours.  Some areas should have been dry in a couple hours.  So, with 4 kids and a large dog plus wet carpet, the carpet was soon as filthy as it was before they came to clean.  One other problem I noticed is that the carpet protection should make it so that when my kids draw on the carpet the stain should come out when I try to remove it.  That hasn't happened.

They do a very good job. We got them for a Groupon. That is how we found them and they honored that. They were knowledgeable. We had difficulties with urine in the carpet and they found everything. They explained what happens and really cleaned it. They were on time and they did a good job.

The technician was friendly and clearly explained the pricing and process. The carpets look good and although it takes them about 6 hours to dry, the non-chemical treatment means it's a fresh scent and I don't need to worry about harmful chemicals for my pets and kids.

It’s positive.  I had actually called them back another time to do some treatment for moss and I was happy about that.  They were held up in traffic so they were a little bit late; once they got here they really did a very good job.  They were professional.

Work was done just as advertised. The carpet looked great and the technician was on time, knowledgeable and very professional.

I very much liked the fact that they use no harmful chemicals (we have several pets).  They made our heavily soiled and pet stained white carpet look great!  They were friendly and explained everything, gave us several options to address our particular needs.  My only complaints are they arrived 15 minutes late without calling, and the add ons came to more than I have ever paid before for carpet cleaning.  That said, it was money well spent and I highly recommend this service. 

.We bought a Groupon for cleaning three rooms.  The crew arrived a little early, and did a quick walk-thru to assess our needs.  The only "upsell" item was extra treatment for pet stains--which we knew would be needed.  The carpets were cleaned quickly, dried quickly and look great.

That was fine. We moved the furniture we wanted moved, because we had the family room, the stairs and the hall upstairs done. It was a damp cleaning. It took a little longer than we thought to dry, because sometimes I will shampoo it myself at home and it is dry within a couple of hours. It seemed like it took a good eight hours to dry. Their responsiveness was pretty good.

Matt cleaned my sofa, an easy chair & ottoman as well as the carpet in three rooms.  I am so excited about the excellent results.  Everything looks great!  I would highly recommend Clean  Green & Matt.

Matt from Clean Green was 10 minutes earlier than the scheduled time.  He patiently waited for us to come home.  He polite, courteous and professional.  He wasn't pushy and tried to up-sell to me.  They do hot water clean and although most of the stains are gone but few stubborn stains remained.   I requested him  to try cleaning again but the answer was no.
Overall good experience.  Will use their service again if get a good deal!!! 

I purchased a $59.00 Groupon for carpet cleaning in 3 rooms. I waited until very late to redeem the Groupon. I chose to call and not use the online scheduling option. When at work my ability to take or receive personal phone calls is quite limited, so it was not easy to make contact. By the time I got to speak to someone (Heather) my Groupon had expired and Clean Green honored it.  When I finally I got to speak to Heather she was most accommodating. We set an appointment .  A few days before the appointment I got a call that one of their trucks had been in an accident and they needed to reschedule. Stuff happens, and they had decided to honor my expired Groupon.  The day before my 2nd appointment I received a call asking if they could change their time to 2 hours later because there was a cancelation and there were a number of appointments in my area. There was no pressure just a simple request. I agreed to the new time.
The technician Matt arrived exactly on time.  He looked at the room with the nasty stains, ( cat hairballs and vomit) and showed me using the black light that there were also urine stains on the carpet.  There was a $75..00 upcharge to address the urine stains. Again there was no pressure, though he did say that without cleaning the urine stains there would be a terrible odor. I chose to get the treated.  Matt worked very hard and the carpet looks great.
The carpet in the 2 rooms that were not badly stained dried in 4-5 hours. The room with the bad stains is still damp >12 hours later. I've had the carpet professionally cleaned before where the 'dry time' was and hour or two. They were OK but not nearly as clean as the carpet was when Matt left.
Scheduling via telephone was difficult. I'm sure it would be easier if I had chosen to schedule online. Both Heather and Matt were provided  good customer service. I'd use this service again.

I can't praise this company enough. I have being looking for years for a company that would clean my carpets to my satisfaction. Some would do a good job but the carpet would feel sticky or get dirty too quickly. I think this company's claim that using just hot steam doesn't leave any residue, behind makes sense to me. Stephen came on time and did an excellent job with my carpets. I have a stubborn tea/coffee stain on a stair that is about 7 years old and no one had been able to fully remove it. I was not hopeful that this citrus based spot cleaner would be effective- When I told Stephen that the stain will reappear after the carpet is dry he said he will come back for free to go over it again. To my delight the stain is completely gone. My carpets dried within 2 hours and they feel nice and soft under my feet, not sticky. I will switch to this company from now on. I am looking forward to using them for oriental rug cleaning as they pick up and deliver. I am not thinking that Stanley Steemer who has done my carpets before perhpas use saop in their water which cleans very nicely but my carpets are a little sticky after they are dry and that perhaps attracts more dust making carpet dirty more quickly?
 
The office staff is very polite and courteous. They send out an email to confirm your appointment. Stephen, who owns the business, is also very courteous and efficient worker. He takes pride in his work.

Overall they were very professional, did an excellent job and the results were successful.  We have older carpeting and the thorough cleaning really refreshed everything. Our leather furnishings were badly soiled by our cat and we thought we were going to have to get rid of these pieces.  Fortunately, Clean Green was able to remove the odor and most of the staining and we will now be able to keep the furniture.  We would definitely recommend this company.

They they called about 10 minutes before scheduled arrival time to let me know they ran into traffic and would be just a few minutes late.  They arrived shortly.  After speaking with me and looking at the carpets, Brian explained  in detail the pet treatment they offered and quoted a price.  It was something I wanted, so we added that.  I went in my office and they got right to work.  Next thing I knew I came out and my carpet looked fabulous -- better than when I moved in.  Brian explained the stain repellent product they offer and the price.  He was very good at sharing information while not seeming to be pushy.  I did add the stain repellent
They finished up quickly, did paper work and left. 
Both of the guys were pleasant and courteous.  I will definitely use them again.
