Good service

They were very polite on the phone. However the work that I needed required another service.

They were with me for a year and the quality of service fell towards the end. The final straw was when they asked for additional money because I added a cat.

Everything was fine, but nothing special.

They were very thorough for what I needed.  I was getting ready for a party and wanted to have my home cleaned.  I wanted a little more done than what he was able to get to.  While I appreciated his thoroughness, I wish he would have done a more of a general job.

They showed up on time and performed the work adequately.

We had an issue that we hoped to alleviate with their service but the service did not do the trick. They also did not have any follow-up. Overall I was disappointed with the service.

They worked within our timeframe and went beyond our expectations.

I purchased the floor rejuvenation package, which was a great deal, and called to have them come out and look at the floor.  I had a few trouble spots and when i called David memtioned that they would want to see those and assess them.  They discussed my options as my floor was pretty bad and they called me the next day with the quote to finish the floor.  They came on the scheduled day and began their work.  My floors look so much better.  Because they were pretty bad I didn't really expect much.  They had cleaned up almost all of the spots.  There were a couple that were there before I had the house.  Now the floor looks beautiful and matches my ceiling.  I am so glad they took my floors on and I would recommend them again.  They were great and they were honest with me which goes a long way!  Also for the job they took on I feel their pricing was very fair and I would have them come out again.

They are very good. They pay attention to detail and are very meticulous. Even the minor things that I normally wouldn't notice, they did. I am very satisfied with the work.

David and Susan were very quick in their response time and did an excellent job in explaining everything! They told us how the price was a bit more than what most people charge because of the quality products they used on the floors and you can really tell the difference!  My only issue was that I had originally thought the furniture moving was in the cost of the bid they gave me, but came to find out it was not included and myself and a helper had to move all of the furniture.  This was a very minor detail though...the floors are INCREDIBLE!  I didn't realize how bad they were until I've seen them now all fixed up.  It's obvious they take MUCH pride in what they do and that's something you don't find much these days..most companies want to get in and get out.  They took extra time to make sure the floor was clean, telling my husband about how they cleaned it a second time because they weren't satisified with how it looked after the first cleaning.  They originally had planned to have it all done in one day, but because of the weather, it took more time and they had no problem letting the floor take its time to cure and even came back bright and early the next morning to finish.  Thank you SO much for the fantastic job! I will definitely be using their services again

The company did a great job. The floors are beautiful.

We thought that they were expensive.

I was very pleased with the service I received from D&S.  David and his partner are the owners of the company and also did the job.  David documented the worst sports on his camera and they ended up spending > 5 hours working on the unit including the floors.  They did a super clean of the windows & sills for an additional $10/window and it was well worth it!  They provided me with good information on what cleaners to use/not use on the laminate flooring and were very easy to talk to - they seemed very interested in making sure the job was done right rather than hurrying to get out of the unit.  I plan to follow up to provide monthly service for my elderly mother.  Thanks!!

It went great!!!!

It went fine.  They just came in, did the work and left. 

I purchased the Angie's Big Deal for three hours of housecleaning.  Two people showed up, they had asked in advance for my priority list, which I had forgotten about, so scrambled to put together at the last minute.  Of the stuff that they got done, they did a great job.  Very detailed.  However I had had hopes that they would have accomplished more than they did.  So, maybe I underestimated how long my list would take, or maybe they work slow.  Hard to say.  :-)  In any event, what they did get done, they did a fabulous job on.

I REMAINED ON THE PREMISES DURING THE ENTIRE JOB AND SAW THE AMOUNT OF WORK AND TIME IT TOOK BEFORE THEY FELT THE FLOORS WERE COMPLETELY CLEANED AND WAXED TO THEIR APPROVAL. 

I CAN AND WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I found D N S Janitorial Services on Angie's list and called them to get a cost estimate for carpet cleaning. I thought the price was quite reasonable so we agreed on a date and time for the work to be done. Unfortunately, for reasons beyond the control of the company, the work could not be done at that time. So the president and the owner of D N S Janitorial Services themselves came later in the day and worked on into the evening, doing a splendid job. I am very satisfied.

David was prompt in dealing with us. Easy to make an appointment. He ended up getting stuck in traffic and called and told me he would be 30 minutes late...very nice to make the call to let me know. He and his wife were extremely pleasant to deal with in our home. He also gave me some hints on how to clean the floor and keep it looking nice. He shared some things I didn't know! I would definitely recommend them.

Great job - would use this service again. 

My older kitchen absolutely gleamed when DNS was done!  The attention to detail - taking the stove top apart and cleaning each item, polishing the coffee maker, cleaning the outside of the cabinets, etc. was amazing.  Job well done.
