Alan was the best contractor we've ever worked with. He was professional, punctual (even early on several days!), and got the work done in an extremely timely manner and within our budget. He kept in constant communication with us, and always had multiple solutions to the couple of the hiccups we had once we started demo. I also was so appreciative of the level of care he and his crew took to clean up at the end of the day, and once the remodel was done he went above and beyond to clean up our kitchen and living space, and even hung up our Christmas stockings for us (the SWEETEST touch!). Capitol CleaningTwo men showed up between 8-9 (8:15AM) as promised. Price was competitive. Got to work right away the outside of the windows. After finishing the outside, they did the inside of each. Done by 11:30AM. Many of our windows face west into the setting sun and if they are the least bit streaky or foggy, it will show in the lat afternoon. The job passed that test. Previous cleaner was one man and took about 1.5 days. Definitely plan to hire again. Name of the company is confusing. They do not seem to have any Yelp reviews and when you search for them, you get a cleaning company in Olympia that is not them.- Frank S D.

When I contacted them, they came out very quickly to assess the issue and within two weeks here we are with our carpet replaced with something wonderful.
