"The flexible water line on my toilet failed & I needed to turn off the water to avoid a flood. I used my Home Advisor app & put in a request for repair to two highly rated plumbing companies. Within 10 minutes I received a call from Hart's Plumbing! The Customer Svc lady (Devinn) was very polite & informative & offered to send a plumber out that day. But the next day was better for me so an appointment was made. The next day Prestin called to let me know he was on his way. He was also very polite, fixed the problem within a very short time & even gave me a Senior Discount! It was more expensive than I'd hoped but I am very pleased with my experience w/Hart's Plumbing."

He was professional, clean, and took his time to make sure everything was installed correctly. The finished installation looks great—everything is neat, straight, and well organized. You can tell he takes pride in his work. While he was there, Charles also pointed out a few other plumbing items that could use some attention. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain what he saw without trying to pressure me into getting the additional work done right away. He simply let me know what he recommended and left the decision up to me. It’s nice to find someone who does quality work and isn’t constantly trying to upsell you. "A couple months ago we purchased a shower replacement from Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Seattle. Yesterday and today John M. and Joe D. installed our new shower. We have never had better professionals do anything in our house. The installation should have started a day earlier than it did, but the installer assigned to our job was ill. The dispatcher apologized and told me that they would be sending the "A-Team" the next day. That was an understatement (John has over 30 years in the trade) . Joe and John arrived EXACTLY the time they said they would. Before starting they explained exactly what they would be doing. They worked quickly, were very friendly and answered all question during the install. At the end of each day the work areas were cleaner than when they arrived.
