"I called Hagee this morning at 815 am and at 2.30 the same afternoon the sink is working, the clog gone, and the kitchen is all cleaned up.  Caleb did an amazing job fixing everything up, plus he cleaned up the space and corrected my husband's slight plumbing error.   Caleb let me know he was on his way, and then left me with his business card should we need anything else.

If you're looking for a company run by someone who understands what customer service looks like, call Perma-Dry. 4 years ago we worked with Perma-Dry to install an internal basement footing drain system - they were prompt, responsive, and did a great job. We've had zero issues. We recently discovered an issue with an old external drainage system (not installed by Perma-Dry) which backed up during a thunderstorm. When I discovered the issue, I called Ryan (owner) to get some help; he showed up at 9am on a Saturday (his day off) and spent 5 hours with me troubleshooting the issue and coming up with a temporary fix until he could get a crew out to install a permanent fix. He not only was a huge help, but his attitude was incredible - he was actually having fun working on his day off. In the 12 years I've owned my house, I've worked with dozens of contractors and never had an experience like that. True customer service is a lost art, Ryan and his team have shown us twice that they understand how to take care of customers and care enough to do the right thing."

"I actually hired these folks to do a sewer hookup for me and to abandon the septic tank. They did an incredible job for us. As an older person and a woman I am use to being talked down to. That did not happen with these young men. They were straightforward about everything they needed to do and answered all our questions with clarity and good humor as I'm sure we asked some silly ones. They clearly know what they are doing and are very hard workers. The are hooking up two other properties adjacent to mine and have done an excellent job for all of us. My yard is going to look better than when they came. They are coming tomorrow to do some raking and reseeding. My neighbor to the north has a yard like an park with beautiful lawn and well established gorgeous plants. They finished her today and if you didn't know they had to dig it up you would never know anything had been done. The lawn looks perfect and all her plants are back in place and looking good. "The guys were all great. The work took a couple of days and was well done. The house was completely clean and showed no trace of dry wall, dust or dirt, which makes this company gold star in my book. :) They actually finished several hours ahead of schedule...which is good but was a little stressful for me and my work schedule. Not really a complaint, though, it's probably a great thing for most people, just know that there may be scheduling changes. If you can be home for the work being done, it's a non-issue. They called with updates and waited for me to come back so it worked out fine. Overall, this company exceeded my expectations and I love the heat pump and a/c! They are a registered PUD contractor and made getting the PUD heat pump rebate super simple (they do all the paperwork, you just have to let the PUD inspector come by afterwards). They also have competitive financing set-up with a local credit union and that process was painless, too. Maybe you can get that heating upgrade sooner than you thought, lol. Highly recommend!"
