Previously before engaging them. I asked for a possible quote for how much it would cost and they told me that it was up to the technician. When they came out to do the work that they would determine the amount. I asked the technician how much it would and he told me that it was up to the company to decide for how much the work would cost. When I contacted the company they told me again that it would be up to the technician to determine the how much it would cost by checking the amount of work. I could not get an answer from both of them because they would just keep passing each other on who to ask for the quote. After the project was completed, I was given the bill of about $750+ to replace the faucet, to replace the hoses and the two knobs roughly $350+ each. When I called the company about the price, I was transferred to the dispatchers and was told that I need to talk to the technician for it."

"They did 2 jobs for my community. I had to get them to rewrite the 2nd estimate to be more explicit and clear from the first job being incomplete. They didn't communicate when they were done with the job. I just thought they had stopped working for weeks. There were leftover tasks that were not done. In the end, it did not solve our leaking planters and we have to get another company to redo their work. We have drain holes that are not drilled low enough. We have a drain hole that leaves mud down the side of our building."

"Pacific Rim CR was extremely responsive when it came to mitigating water damage. They ran tests, removed flooring and dry wall that had been compromised, and dried us out quickly. However, they were not very professional or polite when it came to communicating with our insurance. They also offer reconstruction from the damage. Our experience with the reconstruction portion was terrible. The company was unresponsive for weeks and took months to provide a quote. We had told them twice that we only wanted the damaged area repaired, but they sent an inflated quote to repair the entire downstairs by ripping up all wood floors and replacing them along with drywall, base boards, and paint. They also were extremely dishonest and told us that they spoke with our insurance adjuster and got the inflated quote approved. When we told them we spoke to our adjuster and the quote was not approved as he was on holiday, they then changed their story to say the adjuster's supervisor approved. Again we spoke to our adjuster and this was not true. During this entire interaction, they continued to push us to reconstruct an entire downstairs of 1,500 sq. ft. when the damaged area was only 15 sq ft."

Their lack of professionalism, communication, and expertise resulted in a poorly executed project that was overpriced and far from meeting my expectations. I strongly advise anyone considering hiring this contractor to think twice and explore other options. Save yourself the headache and disappointment. Two weeks after he left our home, we had a major plumbing leak, that required walls to be opened up, more money spent to correct his problems. ER Elite Remodeling will take your money, and either do a poor job or walk away with project not finished, not take your phone calls or texts, but gladly keep your money. Found out later that license is expired...................."
