Other companies can and do replace duct connectors. Danika does not so now I cannot use my water heater nor heater. NOT their fault but Harts stated they do replace ducts. Why not go with one stop stopping. Danika said they would talk to a supervisor and get back to me. No response. Installation day I had to call when the installer wasn?t on site and was 2 hours late. Overall meh, I would recommend them.

Had a plumbing problem & Danika was out the next morning. Leading crewmember Tony was extremely affable and described progress in easily understandable terms.

I spoke to Danika Plumbing at 8:30am re: replacing my broken HWT& Dustin & his coworker (wish I remembered his name) were at my home at 1:30. It turned out to be a complicated replacement due to the previous bad installation. The space was tight so they needed to retrieve a different HWT than they had in their truck & I'm extremely happy with it. Dustin also custom reconstructed all the venting to the furnace & sealed it properly as well as created attachments to the wall which it previously didn't have. All in all, this was not just a standard replacement & took much longer than expected but Dustin & co-worker handled it efficiently & with skill. They really care that it is all done right. Great senses of humor as well! I would definitely want to work with them again on any other plumbing install/repair. Kimberly S. Edmonds, WA

Travis came out and installed the tank the same day. He was great with options and price ranges. Great employee stayed late to complete the job.

Mike was prompt, very friendly and unclogged my drain in a timely manner. He was upfront about the cost and payment options. Would definitely recommend.

Danika was very prompt in getting a technician out for a bid. Mike did a great job quickly and professionally and left a clean workspace behind. Would highly recommend.

I had four bids for the job. They ranged from $6300 to $18200. Get several bids. Make sure they understand what they are bidding on. Do not deal with the ones who do not seem to have a clue.

Cory did great job on repair and explained everything well but the service was super expensive. During the initial sales call they refused to provide quote. I had talked to other plumber companies and got quotes but they all gave me late evening appointment. I went ahead with Danika as they gave early slot but plumber came 3 hrs. late and quoted double price. I had emergency so ended up paying off for peace of mind. I would not hire them in future.

Danika responded most quickly by sending out a crew to inspect my broken sump pump in the crawl space. The crew identified the problem and recommended the ways to fix the problem. I hired them to continue with changing the failed sump pump and related plumbing. The work with completed fairly quickly. The crew was easy to work with.

After much back and forth with some other companies, two techs from Danika showed up on time with a fair quote to replace our water heater, with no attempts to up sell, etc... Techs were friendly, work was done fast and all is working great. Relief to have it done finally and highly recommend.

Awesome work, forgot to turn on the water to the dishwasher though.
