Good solid work

Scot replied quickly to our request for a quote on the replacement of three toilets, five faucets, and our water heater, and was a consummate professional when he arrived the next day. Honest, efficient, and very polite, he set to work right away after providing us with a folder containing his business information and a printed estimate with a cost-breakdown, the total for which came in under-budget, thus saving us money. He sourced all the parts (and included copies of the receipts with his invoice), then installed them for us, done inside of three days, with a final check on Monday when we came into work. He installed the toilets and faucets first, waiting until the weekend to replace the water heater so that he wouldn't inconvenience anyone. He also hauled away all of the old appliances after installing the new ones. We really appreciated his enthusiasm for helping us buy the right kind of replacement items and the trustworthiness he invoked with his professional and courteous manner.

Scott responded quickly to my need for help with a faulty toilet. He repaired it and stood by his work, insisting I call him if there was a problem Turned out the next day I discovered a tiny leak and he came out within the hour to fix the issue. He was friendly, knowledgeable, hard working, and I admire his integrity.

Scot did a wonderful job!! He responded quickly to my first request and came the same day to diagnose the problem with my sump pump. He returned the next day as he promised and fixed the problem.
