It went south from there. After lots of loud grinding noises, he supposedly found a shiny jagged gash which he showed me on a scope. I am extremely suspicious he created it himself with a power tool. The end result was the furnace was no longer usable and cost me $8K to have them replace. To add insult to injury that guy ruined my screen door, which won't close anymore. I have ended my 15 year relationship with this company, since I no longer trust them."

Roto rooter came out, stopped the leak, and put dryers in and left. They returned a few days later to remove the dryers. The technician quoted my mother a cost of about $3000.00. My mother signed a contract but could not see what she was signing. After Roto rooter Reno removed the dryers they sent a bill to my mother for $9000.00. The contract she signed stated Roto rooter would remove walls, roofing, insulation, baseboard, tile etc. Roto rooter didn’t do any of those things. Roto rooter is price gauging and took advantage of an elderly disabled woman. Roto rooter technicians were in the home no more than 3 hours total. First my mother did not have capacity to enter into a contract as she couldn’t see what she was signing. 2 Roto rooters technicians told her the cost would be about $3000.00. 3 Roto rooter did not do the work in the contract. I believe Roto rooter is commuting elder abuse and fraud."
